Wish I could give it a 0 star. Worst place ever. I'm a calm guy who really never does a bad review even if it's bad. But they sure did me wrong. I call on Sunday to pick up some stuff from my vehicle and the lady says come Monday from 8:30am to 5pm we are closed on Sunday to grab belongings. Okay I was fine it's understandable. Show up Monday took off early from work then came down to the place around 1pm and they said oh sorry we are closed. But I got confirmation that Monday you would be open. She didn't care and I'm pretty sure it was her who told me to come Monday. Okay now show up Tuesday early and guess what oh your vehicle isn't here no more. So yes the deserve the 0 stars. She didn't care that I could get my belongings Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Worst service ever and I had all my documents with me and proof but they still didn't care.

Responding to the response that 24hr wrecker service did. I did and I had all the documents with me. That's why I could release the car to my insurance. But Sunday your employee said come Monday to pick up your belongings, then I show up Monday with all my documents ready they said oh we are closed after the same person who told me Sunday to come Monday now says we are closed. I had all my documents that Monday that's why I could release my car to my insurance but could not pick up my belongings. Come Tuesday to get my things now they said my car was gone. Really bad service and also bad that they respond saying I didn't have my documents when I did. They can admit that they are at fault with false information to me on Sunday, and on Monday they did not let me in after they told me to come Monday.

I came and provided my info. It was 240. My car as you can see my truck was on the rim. I asked could I have my uncle put on the donut..they told me no work on the yard. That I can pay 50 dollars to have them tow it out.

Had a blow out early in the morning and Tracy came to the rescue. He was quick, efficient and very professional. And his wife was super nice when I call to ask a question. I definitely recommend this company if you need towing!!!

Awesome service a key asset for our business and would like to acknowledge one of their drivers by the name of DAVID he is on point went ABOVE AND BEYOND he went out of his way by taking one of my customers driver to a hotel and assured it was a safe area after he had already completed hes job. I believe a company is only as good as the people it keeps. AWSOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DETAIL !

Julie is very professional and considerate. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. I was too big to get into my car and get my personal belongings out of the car.
She had Patrick another great customer service staff member to climb into my car and pass everything out thru the window to me.
Julie even gave me a bottle of water.
The best customer service I have experience in years.
