A very recommended place. I felt comfortable and was well treated by all staff. Everyone is real respectful. I truly enjoyed all meals that were made, especially when Fabiola would cook. She is a very great cook and extremely polite with nothing but kindness to offer. I felt welcomed from the start. I also enjoyed the night techs. Very helpful, especially Chris and Dale. Thank you for your services .

I went for the detox and the nurses were all so kind. The nurse Caroline even would do fun stuff with me and play games with me because I was bored haha. The food was interesting since it seemed multiple staff cooked on certain days. But for the most part it was amazing food. They really cared and it was a fun experience despite the reason I was there.

This 5 stars goes out to a security guard who seemed to better understand the assignment in terms of proper care/protection for patients in comparison to healthcare professionals, who only witness a fraction of people’s lives in these circumstances. My intake was in September so remember the name. Give him a raise & give him my number ‍♀️

Stayed February 2020. Massively understaffed - no groups or counseling. The staff is kind, but some regard you as an addict in rehab whether or not you are there for that reason. Beds not bad. Shabby but clean. Food abhorrent, greasy canned cheap food. Little to no accommodation for diets or vegetarians.
One single overworked nurse in charge of the entire facility, the only medical professional on staff.
Occasionally, one permanent resident is allowed to help the staff, retrieving items from the desk station, for example. He wasn't malicious by any means, but the staff's flippant attitude about patients getting involved in the professional business made me uncomfortable.
Obviously, this is a year old experience. I hope it has improved massively.
I don't blame the staff for the problems. It's clear the location is ridiculously underfunded. You can't expect better from an uber conservative county that's now a Covid hotbed. Conservatives don't care much for medical science. But I digress.
You'll be safe and cared for here, but you may not be very comfortable. Not enough involvement in your care, but if you just need to lay in a bed somewhere quiet for a while, Respite is your place.

This facility is not to good. They have uneducated Americans that work here. They abuse there patients and give them medicine that has nothing to do with there problem. They also have nurse practitioner that don't know what they are doing. Poor medical service. Thomas J Henry is going to visit Dr. James and Andrea Richardson.
