He knew immediately what was wrong and had me back-up and running in a few minutes. The charge was very reasonable, and he walked me through a few tips to help keep my very old system (inside unit original to our 1986 house) running. He was a pleasure to work with and was happy to address all my questions. We've had such bad experiences with prior HVAC companies and were very reluctant when our furnace went out early Saturday morning on who to call. So fortunate to have found Chris at Aire Serv. He came out same day and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very good price wise. Chris was fantastic and helpful. Called late Friday (5pm) and they were able to get me in. Arrived promptly within the time window given (between 6-7). Super helpful and explained what to do in the future to upkeep the hvac and fan. and how to maintain things. Highly recommend them in the future
