Bought rolls of Bermuda. When unrolled at home- very thin , almost dead, and falling apart.
Also didn’t get the number I paid for. Second time using this company - zoysia last year had set on their truck for 10 hours on one of the hottest days! You’re on your own as there is no refunds after purchase.

We bought 6 pallets of st Augustine grass 3 weeks ago and some grass is dead- never took off. I called and asked for 20 replacement squares and the will not replace them. They told me I had to repurchase, were rude and hung up on me! Don’t go but from them!!

Amazing customer service from the phone call all the way down to the pick up of sod. Affordable, quick and convenient very happy with this location!

Have to update this, got sod home (didn’t look at it prior to loading) the sod is almost past dormant it looks dead and was not given the full half pallet. What I thought was affordable after getting a few more prices they’re considerably higher then most of the other sod retailers there. When I called back the friendly customer service that existed was gone and replaced with sarcasm. Got 12 rolls for the price of a half pallet and only able to cover 180sq foot when told it would cover 300sq foot. A bit deceptive if you ask me.

Please make sure you arrange your labor/workers only when the grass is delivered.

Very unpredictable in terms of delivery. I arranged all people to put sod but Servall did not deliver on time. When Sod was not delivered, I called next day early morning and suggested that I will have this picked up, they say it is already loaded to truck. I waited, waited and waited and sod did not come ?
I have to ask someone else to pick it up. I am paying $100 more for this amazing experience.

Tip while dealing with them - Do not engage with labor unless you have sod at your Yard. Because they do not deliver on days they promise. Grass may be good or bad but you will end up paying extra if you are a organized person.

Well let's just say that the experience started off well with good intention. Got the product that they ordered on time ready to go it was a pallet of Zoysia. Communication was great. they texted me the morning of and said that they had it ready for me and that it looked great. picked up the pallet without looking at it. Got it at the job that needed the install. look like the grass was a little different than what I had ordered. sod had grubs throughout. it came in long sheets which I had to roll up which made it harder to work with. The bottom half of the pallet the sod wasn't stacked correctly so it couldn't breathe properly. I informed the business of everything and they just asked where I got my other sod from because I told them that it was a lot better quality and easier to work with because it came in smaller pieces and that's the last thing I heard from them. no thank you no sorry no anything just gave me the ghost.

Purchased over a pallet and a half of St Augustine sod at the beginning of July, on a 102 degree day and all of our grass except 2 patches of sod, is now completely green. The two patches are about 50% gree . Excellent quality sod.
I also purchased several hundred pounds of black granite rock and the lady in the front office, as well as the owner, were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The owner helped me figure out how much I would need for my project and even made a suggestion on how to properly install the rock. I had my two young children with me and the owner and lady both chatted with them and didnt just ignore them. I didnt feel like just another transaction.
The Hispanic gentleman who loaded my car for me was very professional and kind as well. He was working outside in 100 plus degrees and you wouldn't even have been able to tell that it was so uncomfortably hot by his wonderful attitude. I would highly recommend ServAll.
