Doris came across as ignorant and didn’t seem to care about what I was inquiring about. I left feeling unheard and pushed to either make a decision or to not waste their time. I will go elsewhere for print.

My business with Tharps Printing began in October 2018, they were in the process of transferring ownership when I paced my order, I concluded that the horrible service was from the ownership exchange and thats why it took until December to get my order. Attempting to give a local business another shot, I ordered business cards in October 2020, i requested the highest quality business card and even sent a proof of what it should have had on it. When we received our cards, we didn't get an email with shipping information or that our order was sent, they just showed up one day. Then our cards were only UV coated on one side and had a dull background on the other. The phone number was wrong. When I called about this on October 30th, they were not in the office. So I emailed. I NEVER got a response from anyone so I called them on November 3rd and complained, I was told I would get a call back but never did. Instead I got an email that same day saying the same thing, we will look into this matter and call you back. Here it is January 21st and we still have not heard from them. I called them today, spoke to the owner who refused to give her name only for her to say, there is nothing they can do.

They were very helpful. I needed an impression seal that wasn't stock. I sent them a PDF of what I metered and the did not hesitate.

CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THEIR PAID FOR ARTWORK FROM THEM. AND THEY WILL MOST LIKELY BE HUNG UP ON, LIKE I WAS AFTER ASKING FOR THE ART WORK. VERY RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP GET WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS NEEDING.
