After a previous harrowing experience with a realtor, working with Alexis was like a shift into heaven. She made everything SO easy. From the beginning, she made herself available for any questions that I had, and never once did I feel like I wasn't a priority. I knew she was going to be fantastic when we went to tour the house I eventually would purchase. She pointed out anything that she thought I should be aware of, both positive and otherwise. I very much appreciated this, as I feel it's important to know exactly what you're purchasing. It was clear that she had years of expertise, as she made educated guesses when I had questions that had less obvious answers, and those educated guesses turned out to be right. Having an expert like Alexis working with me for the entire process was very reassuring.

She was IMMENSELY helpful during the entire experience. She took the initiative to call to make appointments with inspectors and kept me updated every step of the way. She worked to communicate with a surveyor so that I would have peace of mind with property lines. She even checked around for the lowest estimates in order to mitigate my costs. Additionally, she checked in constantly and consistently to make sure that I was meeting deadlines, and reached out to any party that we hadn't heard from in a few days to make sure that we were on track to meet those deadlines.

Most importantly of all, Alexis is kind, personable, and understanding. Being a first-time homebuyer, the process is stressful enough. Alexis made it much more enjoyable, mirrored my excitement, and helped ease my anxiety by reaching out for any information that I might need. She goes above and beyond to make any experience positive.
