Connie is AMAZING! She has the exceptional ability to look at what needs to be done and organize how to proceed in a very quick and efficient manner. In a very emotional time for her clients she has a very quiet, reassuring and compassionate way of smoothing the way
She explains the Serv Pro processes, asks for your thoughts and preferences and quietly and efficiently organizes her team.. She keeps you informed each step of the way and offers suggestions for things you haven't even thought about.
We were amazed that when out things were returned she even remembered where everything should be place!

Connie and her Team are remarkable ! You can tell that each one of them sincerely cares that what they are doing will make a significant difference in helping you through the ordeal you are dealing with.

I was actually away from home when one of my water heaters burst and water started gushing from my garage. My neighbor noticed it and contacted me right away. Before I was able to panic, the neighbors had called ServPro Water Mitigation specialists and they went right away to my house. They called me to get my permission to enter the home (always make sure a neighbor can access your home) and immediately began the process of mitigating the water damage. They called me daily and sent me pictures of what they were doing. They even referred a plumber who was able to reasonably install new water heaters. When I got home five days later, everything was completed and my house was as clean and tidy as I had left it. These guys really took care of business and I was able to carry on with my trip without stress or worries. They were also very professional, caring, courteous and respectful of me and my home. I cannot thank them enough for responding right away and taking care of all the water issues ensuring that there was no damage to my home. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I'm definitely calling ServePro. Thanks again for the great job you did.

After a recent household flood, Servpro NE was contracted to complete pack out and storage of my entire house contents. I was completely overwhelmed by the circumstances and didn’t know where to begin sorting through all the damage and chaos. I can't say thank you enough to Connie and her team. The team of ladies who packed and unpacked my house were great they deserve 10 stars however I have had lots of issues with servpro they broke my sink in half during the tear down after my flood in June and now here we are in October and I have yet to receive the reimbursement money from that. We also found out they broke my stove my washer and my refrigerator brome my bed and damaged 2 of my tvs and that was about a month ago now so I am living without basic essentials now and cang get a definite answer on how much longer this is gonna take to get resolved i have reached out to the office several times and have been told they are working on it and waiting on my adjuster to get back to them but have yet to tell me who my adjuster is or how I can reach them i called the owner of this franchise Mr. Smith i believe was his name on 2 different occasions and left voicemail asking to be contacted and habe yet to hear from him either update to this review they managed to fix my washing machine but have yet to respond on my damaged bed frame 2 different tvs that were damaged and my fridge that has still yet to be repaired nor have I ever received a call back from the owner of this franchise company I will be calling back to the main franchise office to see what my next steps need to be in order to remedy this

I had a wonderful experience with SERVPRO. Veronica and her team members were wonderful. They were expedient and went beyond my wildest team. My house looked awesome when they finished and I could go to everything as it was before everything was remove. On both load out and return nothing was broken and I had very very heavy furniture
Only one screw was missing but that's like a drop of a rock in the ocean. Thanks for your wonderful staff.
