TrĂšs déçue du service client. J’ai achetĂ© une trottinette Globber evo, que je ne peux pas utiliser car il manque le systĂšme pour fixer le siĂšge bĂ©bĂ©. La seule rĂ©ponse du service client a Ă©tĂ© de me donner l’adresse mail de Globber pour faire moi-mĂȘme une rĂ©clamation.
Il me semble que si tu vends un produit dĂ©fectueux tu es responsable, donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ne font pas les dĂ©marches eux-mĂȘmes.
Ils auraient au moins pu proposer de faire une requĂȘte de leur cĂŽtĂ© en parallĂšle Ă  la mienne, Ă©tant donnĂ© qu’en tant que magasin de produits pour enfants, ils ont plus de poids que moi toute seule
.mais non, ils choisissent juste de se dĂ©barrasser du problĂšme sans aucune considĂ©ration pour le client.
Bref, c’était pas mon premier achat chez eux mais une chose est sĂ»re, c’était le dernier.

Et les dĂ©lais d’expĂ©dition sont catastrophiques, j’ai commandĂ© 2 articles, ils sont arrivĂ©s 1 par 1 sur une pĂ©riode de plus d’un mois, dont un 2 semaines aprĂšs NoĂ«lâ€ŠđŸ˜€

Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie.. service Ă  la clientĂšle 0 j’ai appelĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises et impossible de parler Ă  quelqu’un seulement par courriel et j’ai eu des rĂ©ponses 2 semaines plus tard pour me faire dire de communiquer avec le fabriquant
 quand j’ai dĂ©jĂ  perdu 2 semaines pour le retour car l’item est clairement grafignĂ© mais il me dise que c’est dans la fabrication de l’objet

Avoid This Store - Unethical Return Practices

We purchased a car seat combo from Little Canadian for $1000. On delivery day, we didn’t even open the box as we received a similar gift from relatives. When we tried to return it, they denied the return outright without proper inspection, insisting on charging us a 30% restocking fee—$300 for absolutely no reason. They clearly don’t stand by their return policy and seem more focused on profiting unfairly from customers. Be cautious and think twice before shopping here.

Please see the picture the day we received the seat and the day we returned. It was exactly same but they denied and charged us 300$.

I recently had a frustrating experience with this company’s customer service—or rather, the lack thereof.
Pros: Certain products can sometimes be a bit cheaper compared to other stores (though often they’re not, so it’s worth doing a price comparison—those other stores also tend to have better customer service!).
Cons: The customer service is a joke. I had an unpleasant interaction with their so-called "customer service manager," Kate, who was incredibly rude and dismissive.
Here’s what happened: I purchased a Baby Brezza Formula Pro on November 15th, which was delivered on November 22nd. While browsing their website again, I noticed the product was discounted for a Cyber Monday sale on November 29th. I messaged their "customer service" on November 30th at 12:30 AM, just 30 minutes past their 14-day price match window. Despite this minor timing issue, nobody got back to me until Monday, December 2nd, and they refused to honor the price difference.
To make matters worse, they’re completely unreachable on weekends and after 5 PM on weekdays, making it nearly impossible to resolve issues in a timely manner. Their price match policy starts the day you place your order—not when the product is delivered—and their rigid adherence to it, coupled with their slow response times, makes the whole process infuriating.
If you’re considering shopping here, be aware that while you might save a little money upfront, dealing with their customer service could be a nightmare.

I recently purchased a stroller from this company, and while their prices may be lower than many competitors, my experience with their customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered online and decided to return the stroller in-store. The employee handed me a receipt but informed me that she couldn't process the return; it had to be sent to head office first. She mentioned that I should expect my refund within 3 to 5 business days.

However, it’s been over a week, and despite my numerous calls and emails, I received no response. Just today, I sent another email expressing my frustration about the lack of communication and requested my $700 refund. Almost immediately after that, I received a response stating that my refund was processed and would take up to 10 days to reflect in my account.

This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. The hassle of chasing down a company for my money is not worth the $50 I saved by shopping here. I would much rather pay a little extra elsewhere and receive prompt service and communication. I highly recommend looking for other options if you value customer support as much as the price.

Little Canadian at the Argentia location in Mississauga is second to none. Their service is top quality along with the products they carry. My wife and I dealt with them multiple times and they have always steared my us towards a comfortable and trustworthy experience. Especially being new parents, they really know how to reduce the stress. Thank you for helping us along the way and getting our baby all the best stuff.
