RB Energy is a proactive SAP & Energy Assessor who is not only capable of working on small bespoke & complex projects but also larger development sites. As previous reviews have stated, it is worth working with Robyn at the early design stage, which would allow you to benefit from Robyn's design & specification expertise.

Robyn has been my assessor of choice over the last few years, providing SAP assements for new build dwellings and domestic extensions (where the level of glazing has been exceeded). She is a pleasure to work and turns work around quickly. Unlike larger companies providing similar services, you work with Robyn (the assessor), not a 'client manager'.
It is worth working with Robyn at an early stage to assess the levels of insulation and renewables (if nec.) to avoid over specification...or the risk of under specifying.
