Service was incredible! Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful and got all the answers for the questions I had. She even realized I was overcharged for my inspection, so they immediately told me and applied a discount to further work I needed done. Definitely going to be going back! From my first experience, they stay honest and try to do the right thing.

I had two vehicles inspected here this year. One needed a battery (which I purchased elsewhere), they didn't try to pressure me into purchasing one there. That didn't cause the inspection to fail. The other one had dry rot tires which did cause the vehicle to fail inspection. They didn't try to pressure me into buying tires there. I have had several inspections there with no issues. Also good coffee.

I went to ask if they can install my new battery because the AutoZone next-door couldn’t get my old one off. But since it wasn’t a Tuffy battery and they weren’t willing to help. It wasn’t like I wasn’t going to pay for the service.

I took my truck in for a fuel pump and got the fuel pump put in and they said it was not that so they asked me if I wanted them to do a diagnostic check and I told them go ahead and do it and then they came back and said that my fuse relay box is bad and need to be replaced and I told them I will come and get my truck I got it home and I got it to start with no problem whatever they did during the diagnostic gave me a check engine light there were no lights on when I took it to them and I told them about it and they said it was already on which I know it was not on so I'm very disappointed and upset because now I have to find how to wire my check engine light is on because they don't want to fix it when they cause to check engine light

My extended warranty is stupid.. Tuffy Auto fixed it. The staff and owners are A+ wonderful. Everything is great even the coffee is great. Tuffy Auto should be your first and last stop, because you are Tuff and worthy! Thank you team!!
