Quite a few of the children in my family have or are attending Abigail's including my own. The staff is fantastic! They are very caring and keep me well informed on what is going on at the daycare, including sending me pictures to see how much fun my kid is having throughout the day. The staff members are all very easy to talk to, with good senses of humor and always answer any questions I have honestly. I couldn't think of a better bunch of people to trust with my child!

Leaving your child in someone else's care is always scary. The staff at Abigail’s made the transition so much smoother for me and my family.

My son attended as an infant and in to toddlerhood. The updates on the app with pictures and updates about new words or other developmental milestones made me feel more involved. Thank you to the staff for making my family feel important and making my sons journey in daycare full of fun and warmth 🙂

All 3 of my children have been here throughout the past 6 years, the teachers are amazing. All of the staff has been so helpful and wonderful to my family! They offer a bunch of different programs which I would also recommend. I’m currently doing a cooking class through Abigail’s and so far it has been so much fun!

Educators are extremely caring. They are devoted to the children and the overall atmosphere of the centre feels like a big family. I love that my baby is always surrounded by such trustful staff, as well as other babies and children, which pays a big role on the overall development.
Having peace of mind when Ieaving my child to go to work is priceless.

I would highly reccomend NOT taking your child here. My son always came home with the absolute worst diaper rash. Even when i provided everything they needed to prevent it. They don't actually use the app they have. They update everything after you pick your child up. So you really get no updates through the day. What they tell you vs what they put in the app are two completely different stories. They did not offer my son enough formula even though I told them time and time again how much he drinks at home. He was always so hungry coming home. My son was only here for 7 half days in total and I pulled him out of their care.

Edit to REPLY: Just following up 10 months later with more lies? I'm so happy I pulled my son from this facility.

The FIRST day my son attended here, the "app" you are speaking of that "does not send updates in live time but until the facility is closed" managed to send out updates during the day? Which was a relief, until it stopped after the first day. So that is the 1st lie in your 10 month delayed response.

Further more it would be nice to be shown how to use the app appropriately from any of the staff members.

If each staff work "Tirelessly" to ensure each child's needs are met daily then why did my son come home with diaper rash so bad he was BLEEDING. AFTER I had supplied diapers, wipes, zinc based creams, vaseline. Everything to prevent it.

If they work "tirelessly" then WHY did I walk in to witness my INFANT son PURPLE in the face from crying so hard, on the floor, with 3 GROWN ADULTS staring at him from the kitchen area. Not a single one attending to any other child at the time. Staring at an infant crying hysterically is beyond disgusting.

I raised my concerns regarding the diaper rash to the caregivers, supplied everything needed to prevent it and it still happened. Last day I picked him up he had a FULL diaper, urine and feces. Only way to describe that is neglect.

I raised my concerns about several things happening. To remind you my son was here for 7 HALF DAYS.

Your 10 month delayed response shows me exactly how "tirelessly" you work.

The only caregiver in that facility that I trusted was Brittney.

My daughter has been attending Abigail's for the past 3 months and they have been nothing but wonderful. I was very anxious about leaving my daughter when I returned to work but I quickly felt comfortable and trusting with their staff. They have been very accommodating with my work schedule, very understanding and kind. Would recommend!

My daughter has attended Abigail’s for a year and been in two rooms, the caregivers are excellent and she has developed strong attachments to many. Their staff are wonderful and imaginative at creating all sorts of engaging crafts and activities. My son starts in the new year and I have nothing but praise for the service they provide.
