Under normal circumstances Doug and his team are awesome. In an after hours emergency you get a call center that SUCKS. EDIT to add: as soon as they got the message the following morning they did immediately send a technician. If they fix the call center issue they get 5 stars

Travis was awesome. We were going to cancel our membership because the technicians have not been able to access one of our two units. Well Travis was able to do this and make a repair. So we were very happy and signed up for another year of membership. He is super knowledgable, polite, professional and prompt. Thank you Travis for a job well done.

We called last night, they arrived when they were supposed to, kept us updated, even sent a text with picture and name of who they were sending. Chase and the other guy were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome! Had my outdoor unit go out and had a part replaced. The technician was super nice and informed me of what had happened. They also gave me a price before the repair was made which is something other companies haven't done. I also signed up for a maintenance and they were very thorough just look at the pictures! . They made me feel like part of the family and I will always use Aire Serv !!!

1st I called at night to make an appointment. It had a 2 hour window, then the tech called me and canceled the appointment within 10 mins. later!! So when the tech finally got here the next day, after 1, he say he put a part on the unit outside, it coast $300 pluse and, it's still in the 80s in my house. He say I got a leak somewhere but He was NOT going to do a leak test bc it's to hot he have to reschedule an appointment for that then we will have to wait in the heat for the part to get back. I didn't schedule for you to come out to my house at 1pm, y'all did and, your tech won't even finish the job because it's to hot!!! That the reason I called an air conditioning service because, it's hot!!!! Like I told him we have to live here in the heat and I have kids and I'm my mother's caregiver. This is my 1st time with the company but, I don't think I will be calling you all back I'll just get another company!! All this and it's still hot and he told us we need another unit, so I'll just give that business to Middle Georgia or Premier!!!
