They were very timely to give me an appointment. Great communication up to and through appointment. Saul was very knowledgeable and friendly. Found the real problem with my wiring. Reasonable price. Definitely signed up for service contract. Great company and people.

The technician was very polite and professional. He informed us of the issue he found that would break down in the near future. He contacted our home warranty company, got the approval and changed the part out. He did exactly what we had planned for the company to do…inspection and maintenance and replace any parts that would cause the system to break down during cold winter months. I highly recommend this company.

Service was complete , they did a great job. Thank you for contacting me so we have heat now! I really appreciate the help to resolve the issue.
EDIT: from 2 stars > 4 (will update again after service) company called and rescheduled and got me in this week.
Came out the beginning of this year, got me to sign up for the yearly maintenance and fixed the issue. (A/C stopped working) fixed it very quickly and guy was nice. Now…..
I called one month ago to set up our winter service and they said sorry we aren’t scheduling it right now, call back at the beginning of October.
Called today and the first time they had available was Dec 10th!! I said this is exactly why I called a month ago! Absolutely ridiculous, we have elderly people and sensitive animals in the home that need heat and since I have gas I wanted to check things out before we put heat on.
The lady had no care in the world about the issue, no apology or anything.
About to cancel and go with someone else.

We have used Aire Serv before and this most recent visit was handled professionally and quickly. Saul was our technician - he had been here before - and he explained everything in easy-to-understand language. He helped us figure out why our thermostat was acting the way it was. We will always use Aire Serve and will request Saul as the tech.

Everyone I spoke with were very nice and respectful to me. After calling late one evening, I was set up with an appointment next morning. The service member showed up early to my house. My only concern is the price was a little high for the repair I needed. Especially since I had diagnosed the problem before the technician arrived and the price of the item needed to be replaced was not high priced. I also had everything open and power disconnected. However, when your AC is not working then you have to do what you have to do.
