Alpha's Discovery is an exceptional daycare for toddlers and preschoolers. It has been a vital part of my daughter’s development, supporting her journey from her early toddler days through senior preschool. The founder is a highly knowledgeable educator who transformed her passion into a thriving venture, which speaks volumes about her dedication. The teachers are skilled, friendly, and nurturing, and the support staff is also incredibly welcoming. My daughter has truly loved her time at Alpha's and thrived in its caring environment.The only recommendation is that the all Alpha's locations needs to be give equal importance, founder can occasionally have some interactive engagement with parents to know their perspectives as well. Oakville location looks like the most sought after locations of all, probably due to the neighbourhood.

my daughter belonged to the toddler 1 class in Erin Mills location. our experience has been great. the teachers are very caring and my daughter loves going to school to play and learn at the same time. happy to see the kids socialized and have fun. several activities are planned and provided to maximize the time spent in the class. i also loved that they incorporate seasonal activities to introduce to the kids at an early age like splash day and nature walk. keep it up. more power and thank you for taking care and loving our dear daughter❤️

I have my daughter attending alpha's Discovery daycare for about half a year now and so far I'm very pleased with how they treat and care for my daughter. They also have a nice sheltered outdoor play to protect the children from the sun. They have various activities for children to play and learn each day. The staff especially the teachers in Toddler 1 are very friendly and give great updates throughout the day. I highly recommend them!

We were so nervous when we were leaving our piece of heart at an unknown place. But after spending almost 9 months in this daycare I couldn't stress enough how good this is every teacher over here is so caring and loving towards our child. Especially want to say a huge thanks to Tulika, Megha and other teachers from other room. But special thanks to Kala miss, Nadia miss and a huge shout out to Naqaa miss all of whom treated our son like their own. Even the supervisors were always available for all our questions.
Their programs, app, the way they treat all the children was commendable.
If we were given a choice, we would have never left this daycare.

Wonderful place with amazing teachers and staff who groom their child for almost a year. Given a choice we would have never left this place. They always keep the place clean entry kids with so much love and care. Thanks to all the teachers and special thanks to Kala miss, Naqaa miss and Nadia miss. We will miss this place.

I have 3 children, all of which attended this facility. With my first and second child my experience was incredibly positive. With my third child my experience was rocky.

They expanded to other locations and seemed to put all of their effort and good staff into those locations only. I followed all of their social media accounts and would see all the fun things happening at the other locations but never at this center. Esthetically this center also took a the back seat.

The staff was constantly shuffling there was little consistency and by the end it felt like a bunch of older women just looking at the children. Any staff that was good or even decent was pulled to the new centers and this one was left to suffer. I would avoid this location specifically. Giving 2 stars because they clearly had potential at one point.

My child has been attending Alpha Discovery in Erin Mills for about a year, and we are so happy to have found it!
The teachers and staff at this school are incredibly compassionate, sympathetic, and available to the kids at all times. Even though we parents were a little nervous about dropping off a child at a daycare for the first time, the staff was there to reassure us and give us peace of mind. We are delighted that my child loves attending every day because he enjoys the teachers in his toddler class!

The Day care is clean and well maintained. The outdoor play area is spacious so even in winter the kids get to play outside/within the facility.
The teachers keep the kids engaged and active through lot of fun filled activities and my son enjoys them and has picked up quite a lot of new things through them.

The communication between the daycare and parents is very good, as they share regular updates via hi mama app. We love the little videos of activities that are shared, pretty much on a daily basis, they are so fun to watch.

I would like to give a big shout out to the super-friendly and super-caring teachers and staff of the Toddler batch Ms.Gagan, Ms. Arsheen ,Ms. Megha, Ms.Naureen and the supervisor Ms. Bipandeep - all of whom have been outstanding.
