Our family really appreciate the support and the attention the staff give to our son’s growth. It means the world to us to have them as his educators! They are caring and warm! They truly cherishes all his little milestones and encourages his exploration.

Throughout the day we are updated, through the app about everything connected to our son (diaper changes, meals, milk consumption, learning experiences (with photos). Our little one started at 7 months and has adjusted well! He tries new foods at daycare and at home! The menu is impeccable and often leaves us a little jealous knowing that our lunches aren’t as great as our 1 year old child!

The team, led by Amanda and Kaitlin are amazing! They always have a smile and readily answers your questions. They are skillful, educated and nurturing. They provide a home away from home experience for the little ones.
We sincerely thank the team for all that they are doing to support and nurture our child.

From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive to our son's needs. He always comes home excited to share what he has learned, whether it’s new words, art projects, or songs. With creative crafts and engaging activities, they know how to keep kids both entertained and educated.

What sets BrightPath apart is the genuine care and warmth they show to each child. The teachers keep me updated throughout the day with photos and progress reports, and their frequent communication gives me peace of mind, knowing my son is in great hands.

We are so grateful to have Leia at BrightPath Matheson West! Since she started, she’s blossomed with the support, care, and enriching activities that this wonderful daycare provides. Leia absolutely loves her teachers and is always excited to tell us about her day and all her new friends and skills. The team here – led by Amanda and her caring staff – makes every day an adventure of learning and fun, and they go above and beyond to ensure each child is happy, safe, and supported.

One of the best parts for us as parents is the BP Connect app, which keeps us informed and connected throughout the day with updates and photos. Knowing Leia is thriving, engaged, and well cared for brings us such peace of mind. Thank you to everyone at BrightPath Matheson West for making Leia’s days joyful and memorable. As a mom who has a child whos autistic i was afraid of how my son would be around others children let alone all day while I'm at work. But I can say my son has come such along way and I'm so proud of him he's got such amazing support at daycare and I know he's being taken well care of and he's thriving more each day. I'm beyond grateful for his educators for being amazing and teaching him making him feel safe and also helping learn and grow. My daughter has been attending BrightPath since September 2024, and I can only share positive experiences about this wonderful place. She genuinely loves going there and is always excited to see her friends and teachers.

Niaya, Mia, and Chinchu have been exceptional in supporting her, especially considering her special needs. The nurturing environment and engaging activities they provide truly enrich her experience.

My daughter had recently started going to BrightPath Matheson West this Sept and the experiences have been amazing. She has developed a lot in the last two months, especially with her communication. The staff at BP are wonderful, caring and professional. They provide above and beyond standard care services by keeping parents informed during the day and whats to coming. Special thanks to Amanda and the teachers in Toddler 1 class, you all have been exceptionally awesome. For parents who are looking for child care for their little ones, I definitely recommend enrolling your children at BP Matheson West but the waitlist can be long so I suggest to register fast.

As a mom, my heart was anxious about leaving my 3-year-old in daycare for the first time. The amazing ECEs (Nav, Suzy and Roshan) turned all my worries into relief with their gentle, caring approach. I'm so happy to see how happy my little one is during the day. The wonderful office staff keeps communication flowing smoothly, and the director's dedication shows in every aspect of care. After two months here, this place feels like an extension of our family. If you're an anxious parent like I was, rest assured your little one will be in the most loving hands here!

This review was long overdue. My child enjoyed their 9 months in the infant room at this location. The teachers provided great care and I would give them 5 stars. They would always provide updates about children’s day at pickup - what they enjoyed, something adorable they did, etc, which I loved. However, BrightPath policies, curriculum, and food options leave a lot to be desired.

In the infant room, they provide the teachers with activities for under 12m and over 12m, making a 13mo and a 17mo with vastly different capabilities learning from the same activities, with hardly any options for customization. This was especially unfair to my child who was behind on their milestones due to prematurity. I do not expect a personalized curriculum but at a minimum the activities should have options to customize to 2 to 3 month age groups.

They claim to make their meals from scratch in their kitchen but if you dig deeper, they rely heavily on canned and prepackaged food even for basic items like garlic bread (they serve Furlani garlic toast. In the Infant Room. Look up the ingredients for yourself). The cook was not happy I was asking so many questions and it is apparent why. They make substitutions or switch menu items and do not mark them in the communication app in the morning (or at all) which makes it impossible to provide substitutions from home. Their official stance (as expressed by the center director, area director, and director of operations) is that their food supplier Sysco may send substitutes such as flavored sugary yogurt or non-whole wheat bread/pita and this is not under their control. They would serve what is supplied. When questioned on this policy, I was asked to provide all meals from home. I was substituting almost half of the meals already. Substitution is not allowed toddler room onwards so this was not a long term solution anyway. If you are actually concerned with your child’s nutrition and not just “happy they ate something!” then please check their food policies before enrolling.

I thank the teachers for their care and support throughout - Anju, Fauzia, Sivajini, and Manpreet. My child grew really fond of them, especially Fauzia, and is sure to miss them.
