Today Asa and Erik came by to service my unit for the Fall. These guys were awsome. Shared all the important information regarding keeping my unit working properly. I've never had a bad experience with any of the technician since having my unit installed. Great company....Great staff/technician...very knowledgeable about what they do.......

Chad and Regan did great. Needed a sink disposal replacement. They were very friendly and worked with me on the pricing. Install was quick. Also did a membership with them and they will come out and do regular maintenance on my HVAC system too. Everything was real easy. Would recommend.

Bottom Line - In September 2024, Calverley sent someone who said he wasn't a plumber to do a plumbing service, caused over $2000 in damages, did not fix the problem, and management have not returned our calls.

On Saturday, September 21, 2024, my wife and I noticed that our upstairs bathroom sinks had stopped up, so my wife called Calverley. A few hours later, an employee named Mark arrived and began to work. Mark was nice and professional, but about an hour into work we heard a cry of surprise by Mark followed by a loud gush of water. Water began to leak down through our kitchen ceiling, and Mark eventually grabbed a wetvac and cleaned it up, but not before extensive damage to the ceiling of our kitchen, as well as damage to the brand-new vanity in the upstairs bathroom.

Mark explained to me that he couldn't fix the problem and that he wasn't really a plumber, but a water treatment technician, and that all the other plumbers were either off or in the hospital that day, and that he'd return with "someone with a little more finesse" on Monday. When my wife and I pointed out the water damage to the kitchen ceiling, Mark was shocked, and gave us the number of "their guys" (restoration company) and got out of our house like a bat out of hell, only to return ten minutes later to collect the $100 service fee.

The restoration company came and assessed over $2000 in damage to the kitchen ceiling, but Calverley denied responsibility. My wife placed multiple phone calls, and was promised that management would return her call on each occasion, but as of this review we haven't heard a peep from Calverley.

My wife and I canceled the follow-up visit from Calverley and will never do business with them again.

I began to use Calverley Air Conditioning in the 90's when Rick Calverley owned the company. He has been gone from the ownership for a long time but the quality of workmanship, dedication to customer service and reliability of products and excellent employees have remained. I was unfortunate to have my a/c go out in the middle of July, but fortunate to have Calverley ready to get me back in the cool immediately. TJ, Jerry, Moises, and Chris did an outstanding job, in barely 4 hours to replace my whole system! And since my system (except for the compressor) is in the attic, they had to work in what was probably 130 degree conditions, all with great attitudes!! Thanks to them all!
