The staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating more so take good care of their customers. Devin, Chelsea and Pamela are amazing people and same goes to the rest of the team. Hats off for a job well done!

Paid for a digital passport photo , upon opening the photo it was not a passport photo but a full length photo of me sitting on the chair. I printed the photo took it back to the store , the attendant tried to convince me it is a passport photo and I need to crop it myself. I realize there was not point discussing further , total waste of my time driving back and forth to the store twice ( 1.5hours). The store has great service however get your passport photos elsewhere.

Stopped by this afternoon (Saturday; 12:57PM) to ask for info about their passport photos and business hrs. I was told the photo dept hours were the same as the rest of the store. At 04:25PM, I drove to have my photo taken and, to my surprise, they were no longer taking passport photos until Monday (next week). I asked what had changed in the last 4hrs and was told the individual who does the photos was gone until Monday. I asked for the manager and was told he/she was out until Monday, too. I asked for an email address to relay feedback about my experience and was told that the manager doesnt have one. It would be nice to have efficient staff relaying helpful info to customers. Please, improve your customer service. Definitely a frustrating experience.

Got a prescription refill, wife picked it up and had to pay over and above the price. I have 100% coverage, never had to pay. Have had the coverage with them for a year and a half. Went in , they asked for my card ( to double check) and low and behold I was over charged. Said it was a mistake. So check your receipts, they have been known to over charged before.
