This was my first cleaning with them and I am incredibly impressed! I originally found them when they posted in our neighborhood Facebook group that they were looking for submissions for their monthly free charity cleaning to anyone going through a hard time. I really want to support business who do such kind things for the locals and support people’s mental health issues!!
Inna and Alyssa worked incredibly hard on my home and even stayed a little extra to make sure everything got cleaned! My house looks so lovey!!

We love Cinderella's. The owners and admin have fabulous open communication, are eager for feedback of all kinds, and never let it rest! They check in regularly to ensure that I am happy, and will make changes and adjustments without hesitation to ensure I have the best experience and service. Right now, we have Hannah coming to our home biweekly, and she is wonderful! She seems to genuinely love cleaning, making our chaotic house with 3 young kids and a dog feel like a well-organized home. Even the hard to reach/notice corners of bathrooms and dusting areas are cleaned. And she has the sweetest little touches, like making my kids' toys peak out of places on their bookshelves. She works efficiently and thoroughly, and I whole-heartedly enjoy our conversations on days when she is at our home. Not only is the cleaning service great, but my overall client experience is fantastic. I have used 2 other services in the area and I can't say enough good things about Cinderella's and about Hannah! Mary and Alyssa cleaned my home for the first time on Monday and I am still in awe of how nice everything is! Windows are spotless, floors are sparkling, and even the pets smell better. They even broke down our leftover moving boxes for us! We don’t have time for much outside of work and their help and hard work mean so much! Thank you, again!

I have had Cinderella's cleaning services now for more than 6 months on a bi-weekly basis. Hope is my regular cleaner, and she does an amazing job, always checking in on what are priorities. Plus, she gets along great with the dog. Today, I had Alyssa come, and she took the time to clean all of the vents, check on what needed to be done, and also say hello to my dog (getting along with the dog is a high priority. The advantage of this service is that if one person is not available, they can send another. The prices are high, but the reliability and the house being CLEAN are worth it.

From the moment I received a call from Michael to discuss the issues at hand, suggestions, quote (deep cleaning), & to my conversations with Mary throughout the process (I was traveling and not at home), I was very impressed by their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help.

I helped a family friend for about a year and let them stay in a room & use a full bathroom for himself. When he left, I could not stomach cleaning it myself and looked around for a reputable company. Micheal really left and impression on me and I wanted to give them my business.

I also had a leak from the ceiling that caused rust stains on the bathroom wall (tile) and tub and thought it would be impossible to get out but Mary did an amazing job and left everything spotless. Just super impressed with this company and will be using them when I move out. I would stop looking elsewhere and just give them a call and ask for Mary! She not only gets the job done but is pleasant. (o:
