Positive experience -as the clinic fits all criteria of good care in my opinion: reliable streamlined and had a positive outcome)
So I think praise should be given where it’s due! I’d like to offer a balanced perspective as an infrequent patient travelling from out of province, yet consistently impressed by the quality and continuity of care. I left feeling reassured and comfortable, even though this wasn’t my regular family practice.

My life was almost ended today by Dr. S. Blanchard. He just blindly prescribed medication without asking about allergies. Furthermore, when I was about to leave, I wanted to ask him another question about my health concerns, but he cut me off, saying, "one symptom per visit!" When I went to Jean Coutu to get the prescription, I was lucky and a very pleasant woman pharmacist asked if I had any allergies. I told her I have a strong allergy on the antibiotic that my body cannot handle at all, which causes my throat to swell within five minutes and can lead to suffocation and death. She said that was exactly what had been prescribed. As a doctor, this is completely unacceptable and he deserves to have his license revoked.
In this clinic only receptionist was pleasant and friendly.

Have a pretty bad infection so went to emerg ... that was a mistake. Today, called this clinic, got in immediately and Doctor Matchett saw me for an infection. Very thorough doctor, no-nonsense and gets things done. 5 stars all the way for the reception and doc. Thanks so much!

Wife made an appointment online right when it opened at 8am. Appointment was confirmed for an evening time slot. Waited all day for a call, never happened. Walked in at 6:30 to see if an appointment time would be scheduled for that evening. Understand that the receptionists are tired but she was not helpful or friendly, made to feel foolish for asking. Was told they would call with an appointment time and was told "we stay open until we get through everybody." Went home, still no call, drove by again at 10pm and clinic was closed. Courtesy call to reschedule at a later day would be nice? Just some type of acknowledgment, no lies. Extremely frustrated to not be taken seriously. Phone is never answered so it was hard enough to get in the first place, extremely disappointed to have gotten in, but still DID NOT GET IN.

Super easy service to use. I missed the first phone call and they called me back after finishing the rest of the phone appointments which was amazing because I was expecting I would have to register again the next morning. The doctor I spoke to was lovely and took the time to ask all the important questions regarding my prescriptions. Very friendly and highly recommend.

I've made appointments here a couple of times for both myself and my husband and we have always been very pleased with the service. The receptionist is always extremely friendly and courteous; the service is fairly quick and the appointments are usually on time; and the doctors seem to be very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

NP Phillips has provided me with exceptional care the few times I’ve been in, all the while with fantastic care, empathy, and efficiency. Being without a family doctor, I am grateful to have someone like her I can go to. Also, the online booking and overall organization of this clinic have made it my preferred one in the city.
