We were looking for an IT company in the utmost confidence in Miami to build a small safe computer network to us. The idea was to buy a server and add security policies to this computer network so that all computers that were free before they could be part of the same secure network with only one administrator.

We Googled "IT services Miami" and we quickly found Falcon ITS in the first page of search results. We gave a shot and we were lucky - since the beginning Miguel demonstrated extreme knowledge of the subject, the guy had a solution to everything: he understands computer networks, operating systems, security policies, for hardware and software. In addition to the vast knowledge Miguel is an honest person he was very open with respect to the proposed budget, he gave us several options and best of all focused on better cost benefit for my company.

Another positive point is the commitment to the job. We had problems with Comcast internet account shortly after the end of the first labor day, Miguel was in my office until 10:00 pm to solve the problem and done all the work remaining on Saturday from 10:00 am to 05 : 00 pm - with just a lunch break
