4.18.24, our sellers came in to sign their documents early. Brittany knew from a previous meeting that our sellers had a small dog. Previously when the sellers were at FST, Brittney offered a dog treat, but the dog, Lillie, would not eat the treat. the seller shared that the dog actually eats McD's french fries as a treat. So, guess what? Today, we arrived with our sellers and Lillie . . . and Brittany had french fries for Lillie fresh from McD's. Thoughtful!!!!!!!!!! Amazing! Awesome! and typical service that our clients get from First Service Title. We love and appreciate Brittany, Brenda and Susan. ** We had another super closing experience yesterday on Wednesday, June 1st. Brenda, Carly and Brittany, Susan, Lindsey, and Michelle are all amazing. The excellent service continues. Month after month, year after year, these folks at First Service Title make closings simpler, less complicated, easier, and less stressful. The level of service is top notch. As a listing agent Realtor, it's always my preference to use local First Service Title, especially for a home in the Oviedo area that we sell. Time after time when we close with some other closing agents, the professionalism and service leave much to be desired. Also, as an Oviedo resident and Realtor since 1997, I do not understand "local" Oviedo Realtors who close with title companies far away from Oviedo. I/we like keeping our business in Oviedo because to me and Kim, doing so benefits us all. There is no need to drive to Orlando or Winter Park or Maitland or Altamonte or Lake Nona when selling a home here in Oviedo with First Service Title always being available. Also, kudos to Ryan, who overseas the ship at FST of Florida.
