Prime example why system don't work, slow processing staff kept going on breaks, only 1 worker doing applicants. She was to busy having a good time with the girl she supposedly was helping, same girl sat same window over 1 1/2 hours. Had attitude, kept judging me , like why am I there making her work. Eating at desk while working. Very unprofessional.

The lady that checks you in is absolutely rude. Mrs Davis. Asked a simple question about the form I was filling out and she rolled her eyes while responding in a rude manner. I completely understand that people that need help some times can be rude however I was nothing but respectful. Im sure I filled the form all wrong as I couldn’t ask any questions to that woman. Over all the place is super loud, very hard to concentrate. Be ready to play musical chairs as thats the only way you will stay in line, there is no number that you pull to keep you in line. The security guard and Mrs. Davis just talk so loud with each other and across the room with people who are in line. Honestly hated it here so much I felt unsafe and the people were unprofessional.

Very unprofessional ethics and service. Not enough staff employed,for the whole first 2hrs I spent there it was only 2 ladies at 2 of the 4 windows they have for service. Tempers erupted voices escalated people got argumentative. The ladies in the back doing more laughing and chatting holding up there own progress. If it's only 2 worker 20 visitors how long should it take. No body want to work here. They have apparent issues back there with the staff. Everyone working here bush beating. Bull sheets clock milking. I'm not helping/working on but ten cases looking ACES. ALL OF THEM. COMING OUT THE BACK SMILING AND LOOKING AROUND AT US LIKE ZOO ANIMAL. WHO SHOULD SPEND 3/4 HOURS UN A PLACE LIKE THIS. SOMEBODY'S Don't WANT TO DO THE JOB THEY WERE OH-SO HIRED FOR . POINT BLANK THE WEST SIDE RIDGE MAR MALL LOCATION BEATS THIS BRANCH OUT BY FAR. DON'T VISIT THIS BRANCH.

One star is too much for this place the most rudest people “helping the community “ they always have an attitude and say they can’t help nor do they even let you finish speaking before saying they don’t know or they can’t help have came more than 8 times and its just all bad experience the only nice sweat person is the lady at the door other than that every single person at the window especially the lady's for 2,3,and 4 have the most disgusting attitude you can go up to their window and they will pretend they don’t see you will yapping away with their coworkers also if you are moving from a different state just stay away from this office other places are better these ladies will make you feel like you are a piece of trash especially to my hispanic community also be prepared to spend minimum 6 hrs waiting on these people to “help you” as well as them looking out the window and laughing like if we all in a zoo

I would have to say we were in there and in and out in about an hour or less. Friendly all and all not bad at. However they do need more handicap spots and make it easier for people in wheelchairs. I rate about three and a half stars.
