Japan Land Service is such a great help during our trip to this lovely country. Their email customer support is always timely in responding to all my inquiries and requests. They even extended assistance during our second availment of their service in order to accommodate us well and ensure that we will have a safe and comfortable trip to the airport. The vans we got were very clean and had the luxurious feel during the trips. The drivers rendered quality service as well. I just came from japan and I highly recommend to go for this agency, the guides were very good, my family and I enjoyed the trip. In addition, if it’s your first time to japan or want to visit new places or even if you have visited the places before it’s good to have a guide to make it it easier and share with you lots of information about anything and everything, I am glad that we had a guide to show is everywhere. It was an amazing experience, their service is excellent, respectful, on time, organised, and helpful.

We used Japan Land Service for three daily private tours of Tokyo, Nikko and Mount Fuji. We were extremely pleased with services from Japan Land Services. 9 seater Toyota van was in excellent condition with professional driver and we got the best English speaking Guide for all three tours. Owner of company is very responsive and will immediately respond to any question. Our English speaking guide was wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and the best guide we had so far. I would highly recommend Japan Land Services for any kind of local transfers and tours in Japan.

The process of booking was convenient. The staff I dealt with was most helpful with all of my questions and concerns. When I arrived in Japan their driver picked me up and took me to my hotel. He was friendly and courteous. The same can be said for my driver that returned me to the airport when I left. The vehicles they use are first class. A true limo experience. If I ever am fortunate enough to visit Japan in the future I would not hesitate to use their services. I highly recommend them. 5 stars!!

海外からの一時帰国で関西空港から熊本への長距離のハイヤーを利用しました。想像以上のサービスのクオリティに感動しました。妻と2歳の子供と一緒に帰国するので安心できるハイヤー会社を探していたところ厚生労働省のおすすめハイヤー利用業者のサイトに辿り着きました。数社電話で問い合わせたのですが利用者へはもちろんのこと運転手に対しても安全の配慮が感じられ、無理な運行をする会社もある中Japan Land Serviceさんはすごく安心感がありました(小さい子供がいるので)。当日の車両は真新しいもので快適そのものでした。また、乗務員も2名で運行にあたっていたので交代運転で本当に安心感のある移動でした。コロナ対策もしっかりされており運転席と乗客席はアクリル板と透明シートで区切られてました。道中はスムーズでプロフェッショナルな運転で穏やかな気持ちであっという間に自宅に到着することができました。私のような日本人ももちろんですが、どうかたくさんの外国からの訪問者の方々にすばらしいおもてなしと日本の魅力を伝えてください。

It was so stressful flying back to Japan during pandemic period. However Japan Land Service made our journey very smooth and comfortable from Narita Airport to our home. The driver was very professional and friendly. We had to change our flight date due to limitation of the entrance in Japan but they are really nice and attended with excellent communication. There is no any extra charge at all. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
