I have used Lorena's crew to clean my rental properties in BCS every year and I will continue to use them every year. Their scheduler is courteous and thorough. She calls a week before to review the scheduled appointment, address concerns, and go over accessibility for the home. The crew cleans everything thoroughly. I had to ask them to go back to grab a video of the home so I could send the security deposit back to the tenants. The cleaning crew did it happily the same day and texted it to me on my personal cell! That is great service. I highly recommend them!

As I am sitting here enjoying the pleasure of having a sparkling clean home, I decided to take a few moments to post a review so that others might know just what a great company Lorena’s Cleaning Sevices is. They have cleaned my home several times in the past few years, and I am always happy to have them come. Viri is always so helpful in getting me scheduled and is so pleasant and professional to take to. When I see Lorena and Arath at the door, I am always delighted that they know exactly what to do. They sometimes have one or two other people working with them that day, and they always communicate to each other so that the whole thing is coordinated and seamless. They are responsive to specific requests I make. They get started right away, and there is no lost time (as has been the case with other companies I have used in the past) while the staff stop and chat with one another or take lengthy cell phone calls from family or friends. They work hard! They are pleasant to each other, and talk about things that are related to the job, but they don’t stand around and gab, which means that they are efficient and able to complete the job in a very timely fashion. They always request that I do a quick check to make sure that everything has been done to my satisfaction. It always is! I am very grateful for their promptness, their efficiency, and their results. They are great to work with!

Here is a snapshot of my experience with Lorena’s…

They were hired to clean a condo for my client. The condo was not very dirty to begin with, but still needed to be cleaned. Lorena’s did arrive on time on the scheduled day of cleaning. Within an hour they are calling to report they had finished the job. I return, a bit surprised by the quick work, and find the following…

Dirty, dusty blinds
Dirty, dusty trim and doors
Dirty, dusty light fixtures
Dirty, dusty air vents
Unmopped floors

When I asked them about these items upon inspection, I kept hearing that they don’t offer cleaning for those items. In their defense they did return the following day because they wanted to provide satisfaction. Expectations were discussed. It was a repeat of the first day, cleaners arrived on time, including the owner, but within an hour I was receiving a call that the work was finished. I inspected the work, this time with the owner present, and it was the same result. We don’t normally clean baseboards, we don’t clean doors, etc.. After the back and forth my client had to pay someone else to clean the property for a new tenant move in.

I would like to thank Lorena's Cleaning Services for carrying out cleaning at such a short notice. I couldn't find any cleaning services who would carry out cleaning at such a short notice when I called Lorena's Cleaning Services. They not only adjusted their busy schedule but also made time for our cleaning even though it was not their working hour.
About cleaning, they gave 110% of the value for money. They cleaned each and every corner and worked really hard for getting all the dirt out. Plus they offered discounts which was like a bonus point for us students.

I needed a move in cleaning done for a duplex on the weekend. I called around to major cleaning companies and found out they close early and aren’t available for weekend cleanings. I searched and found Lorena’s. Not only was she able to come the next day, but I was also given a first time cleaning discount. I came by to see how they were doing.
