There are no 0 stars. So I have to go with one. Nothing went as expected. Overcharged without notice. Changed design of tile based on the decision of the company. Pressure to installed the tiles picked by them based on that decision. Pool bulbs that were supposed to be changed to some awesome new color bulbs not done. Late in delivering. Mess left for me to clean. There was not one thing that went as how it was promised.

Date: 8/1. One week after full payment … Reply to owners comment? Are you happy with your job? 1) The pool still has a lot of the leftovers of the plaster sitting at the bottom. 2) The outside of the jacuzzi was not cleaned and has plaster all around. 3) The jet connector that the Polaris needs was installed incorrectly and does not function. You stated you would come and complete the job Monday 7/29. The job is not done. Payment was made.

Robert quickly scheduled my appointment for the next day and then he updated me when the tech was on his way the next morning. Paul arrived on time and finished servicing the filter promptly. Both guys were very pleasant to deal with and I will start using them for future supplies and service.

RUN FROM THIS POOL SERVICE COMPANY (Louis Pools). THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST POOL COMPANY EVER!!!

ORIGINAL: I don't recommend this pool company at all. My family has been waiting to swim in the pool for a couple of months, and because of the horrible service, we haven't been able to enjoy our pool; especially during this time. We have the pool cleaned, and three days later, it's green. The filter stopped circulating, and the pressure has exceeded. I contacted the owner, Robert, about my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, he responded with an arrogant, rude attitude. Last time, he asked me to remove the bad review that I spoke of, and I did, giving me the chance to correct the issue. I paid him in full, and I have only received service for two weeks. I told him that due to his horrible service, I no longer want his business and refund me the other half of my payment that I paid in full. I have left messages, and I have yet to hear back from Robert. If I can give this company zero stars instead of one, I would have. Please do not use this company for pool maintenance. SMH ?SMH

Worst service ever. Bought new DE filter from him. He installed it backward. After numerous calls to have him fix it and many promises from him I had to have another company fix it. Cost me an additional $450 to fix and undo the damage he caused. Don't be fooled by a nice guy. He is a incompetent conman.
Do not call. The best price is sometimes the most expensive route.
He bought Louis pools. The original owner was great. Prior reviews are for him.

Michael did a great job cleaning our pool! It was a mess after the heavy winds and full of leaves! He patiently vacuumed every leaf and took the trash bag of leaves with him. That's excellent service!
