Positive reinforcement is non-existent, poor management and employees are not given the tools to succeed. Ownership does not reinvest into the business. Turnover rate is far too high, at least 80 people in one year ( less than 100 employees). Run away and don't look back!

I also have my share of concerns about this company, especially the customer service. For over 2 months now I've been sending emails upon emails just to get 2008k parts for my center in Nigeria without any response.

Hello, I’ve been purchasing Dialysis equipment since 1999 with H&S Technical services and I have always been very happy with their service no matter what I buy, also I have talk to quite a few people there, awesome crew, very very reasonable prices and they give you an option of how fast you want it for your facility, no one’s perfect, but I’ll tell you since 1999 I may have returned 3 to 4 items and I have purchased thousands of refurbished parts Since 1999 , They are always willing to make it right and get it back to you fast, because of a simple mistake someone missed , no one’s perfect I think that’s awesome that’s why I still do business with them.
