Highly recommend Park Child Care to anyone looking for a daycare for their kids!! This is a group of the most dedicated people; every single member of the staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and 100% invested in the well-being of the kids in their care. They truly treat the kids like their own, and love them the same. From our tour, through every single day my child was there, I felt completely confident that they were safe and being well taken care of. They helped her learn so many things, both educationally and about herself as a person; she would come home happy every single day and look forward to going back each day. They also treat the childrens' entire families as their own, always welcoming parents and siblings with big smiles and fun conversations at drop off/pick up. I am so thankful for their support and care, and giving my child such a wonderful and positive first "school" experience!

I had a couple people recommend this daycare to me and when I went for my tour I instantly knew why. I just knew this was where I wanted my children to go and I was very happy leaving after my tour. Each and every one of the staff are simply amazing, kind-hearted, outgoing and very easy to communicate and work with. They treat all of the kids like they are their own and have their best interests at heart. They all are very passionate with their job. My children loved it there and miss all the staff. They always came home with stories of how their day was and what they did and couldn’t wait to go back the next day. I highly recommend this daycare. 🙂 <3

This daycare is absolutely amazing ! My child went there when he was just over a year old and they helped him so much with the transition! The staff are absolutely phenomenal and they taught my son so many things !! Highly recommend for anyone sending their kids to daycare !! 10/10 experience for both myself and my child ! They treat your children like family!

I would like to thank this daycare for being amazing to me and my two kids its been over 6 years and continues to grow! I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a second home for your children. These group have ladies are always out going, easy going and great with communication. Such an amazing daycare! The staff are are kind, caring, compassionate. We have been part of the Park Child Care family for 13 years and never have I had a single issue or complaint. Highly recommend this daycare!

This is the most amazing daycare and my grandson was one of the lucky children who had to experience it since he has been 18 months old. He off to kindergarten in September but we have home registered in the afternoon program and praying we can get him the early morning program . Our grandson had been at the daycare since he had been 18 months. He just had his graduation which the daycare went over the top for the children pictures gowns and lots of fun. I am praying we can get him in the early morning program as well it would be so wonderful. Thankyou for being a second home for our grandson. This day care is a home away from home 🥰 Hemaw

I can not believe the last 6 years have past by so quickly! My CHILDREN absolutely adored this “ family “ and when I say family I mean this centre is more of a family then it is as a daycare! You guys have been so amazing and supportive through everything with my children and wouldn’t have changed it for anything!!! We are going to miss everything about this place, beautiful photos, beautiful crafts, outside activities!!!! Also THANKS SO much for all the lunch ideas for my kids I’m so greatful for each and every one of you!!!!!! Love alway the McDougall family !!!!!

I had my child enrolled at this daycare and left in complete astonishment at the ignorant and rude conduct of both staff and their supervisor. My child was leaving daycare hungry as they did not properly feed her. There were certain things on their menu that my child could not eat due to allergies and staff admitted to just giving her toast and some blueberries for the whole day she was there as a result. My child would be dropped off at daycare dressed appropriately for the day’s weather and I would receive pictures and pick up my infant outside in cold weather with nothing but an undershirt and a rain jacket on. I would find her sweater and coat hanging inside perfectly clean and dry as staff themselves were bundled up for the weather. My child got extremely sick do to this neglectful behaviour and upon being confronted about these things staff responded in a rude and condescending manner. As opposed to being reassured that this would not happen in the future, I was told by staff and their supervisor that my child did not need to be there if I was not happy with their services as no changes would be made. My child left daycare hungry, sick and with a bad diaper rash to the point where she was bleeding, I reported this to the supervisor as well as her staff’s rude responses and was met with immediate defensiveness and excuses, as opposed to recognizing the issue at hand. As a result I withdrew my child a immediately and would like to caution other parents looking to enrol their young children here as well.
