Travis has been there for me at my house and my business. Always did the best he could for the situation I was in. Once during a heatwave during the 4th of July weekend, he stopped on his way back home from vacation and let me know what it would take and how long. Parts were a few days out and I was fine with that, as a business owner I understand our best isn't always good enough for some people. There's No one else I would call and trust more than Patriot repair. Business owners have lives and families, allow them to have their time.

I highly recommend Patriot Repair Service. They diagnosed our issue quickly. They offered several solutions. Once we decided on how to proceed they ordered what was needed and installed quickly once received. Very friendly with great communication. Everyone went above and beyond. Travis and his team have always been A++ for my family and I. Service is quick and hassle free. When one of Travis’ techs said we needed a new heat pump, he came out and validated the tech’s assessment without being asked, to ensure we weren’t wasting money and that there wasn’t another alternative. We will call them every time when we have a furnace issue!!!
