I called the Florida Permit office in search of a document that would verify I installed a new roof in 2023 and that it was completed. I needed proof of completion to submit to my home owner’s insurance. I spoke to Noreen Rodríguez who stated she would look into this and try to assist me. She returned my call the same day and emailed me a history of my roof permit history. It was such a pleasure to have someone from the county go above and beyond to assist me. She was pleasant and more than happy to help me. It made my day.
