Professional, highly qualified and had the right tools and parts to do the job.
Proserv did a great job diagnosing and repairing a problem that 3 other businesses could not. They went above and beyond spending the time to get the job done right. They were extremely professional and had the correct tools, equipment and parts with them to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company based on dealing with so many different ones over the last 3 months. They stood out as the best.

Proserv was referred to us through our Home Warranty company. We have a refrigerator/freezer that was not freezing, and the fridge is running too cold. We paid our 95.00 and Proserv came out. They did show up promptly and he was friendly enough. He inspected our fridge but never ran any diagnostics, never looked it over well. He said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. We showed him several different pictures we took of the temps throughout the day. We showed him the bread in the freezer that was barely cold. He said to record more temps and he would call us back the next day. He never called. My husband found out they just closed our case. When my husband told them we need it fixed they said nothing's wrong with it and hung up on him. He spoke with Jeannie and she was just rude and unprofessional. You will see many reviews here that are quite poor. We plan to use every bit of influence we have to spread the word about these people. This is unacceptable. Folks deserve better.

Was connected with ProServ by my warranty company and they were great to work with!

There were some lengthy delays sourcing the replacement part which was caused by First American Home Warranty, and not a fault of this contractor.

Scheduling the initial diagnosis with Genie was easy, they promptly identified the issue and submitted the claim. FAHW dragged their feet, but once a part was delivered ProServ was prompt rescheduling the service and Scott (senior tech) was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided an excellent service.

Company requested I take a picture of repair need so they could determine coverage (American Home Shield), they didn't respond to picture and came out to the house and charged $100 for looking at it and then saying it wasn't coverage. Very dishonest, strongly recommend not working with them.
