James has been helping us out for about a year now, he always answers our calls quickly, if a site visit is needed, this is done promptly, he is very polite and happy to help. Recently he refitted one of our surgeries, this was done quickly and with minimal fuss and disruption to the day to day running of the practice. All in all we have received excellent service from James and we are very happy with the work he has done for us.
