Servair is very efficient, thorough and excellent. Our AC/heating stopped working due to corroded wires. They ordered the part and they were there the next day to replace and repair the problem. The office receptionist is positive and sensitive to your needs. She keeps you up to date with the parts and goes the extra mile. Our service technician (Coby), took pictures and explained what was happening. He made sure we knew what was going on. The Technician who came out the next stayed late on a Friday night to install our part. I would Highly recommend to use Servair for your next unit replacement and repairs.

I’d give this company a ZERO star if possible. After reaching out to the owner four times and receiving no action I’m left to take further action. Improper install of an AC is like ripping someone off. It’s fraud. It’s laziness of employees and overall makes the company look bad. My control panel which covers a large area of my AC was not installed properly nor after numerous service visits in the past did they even say a word about the panel being installed improperly which further goes to show how bad the technicians are with this company. It’s not up to an owner to climb on a roof and check their AC. I’ve asked for photos from the company after install and after service appointments. No reply. All methods will be pursued. BBB, Consumer Protection, Small Claims Court, AC manufacturer, etc. Do NOT use this company and whoever you use be sure to have them take a photo of your equipment if it’s on a roof.

My vacation tenant contacted me at 6:15pm that the AC was not working. The company that my owner usually uses was closed. I knew the tenants had a packed house, a dog, and a baby and my temporary AC unit would not work so I called Servair because I knew the company was opened til 8. Andy answered right away and said he could be there in 45 min. The AC was working an hour and 15 min after the tenant contacted me. They were very pleased and said that Andy was very nice and professional. We had a very happy tenant and thank you Servair for making our job easy. Andy was very communicative with me, professional, and very nice. The price was very reasonable for a Starter capacitor and he even drained the line and serviced it.

Servair has been my go to for my A/C needs. They are always efficient, extremely knowledgeable, staff is very friendly and personable and they have always been there when I needed them. Great job and I would highly recommend their services. Kudos out to Kyle and Joe for helping us out.

Scheduled Servair after the company that installed our units didn’t show up twice for scheduled appointments. Kyle with Servair was awesome. He was on time, professional and was willing to discuss any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Good job Servair. I have enjoyed working with this company. They have been fast, on time and polite. Colby was very informative of the process and how it works. Alisha in the office is great, she was very helpful in the scheduling and keeping me informed. I would definitely recommend Servair to anyone in the New Smyrna area. The install crew also did a good job I did not catch their names, but start to finish good job. Keep up the good work see you at my free 1 year check up.

Chris and his company have done work for me at various stages and properties for 20 years now and they have always provided great service and product. He has just finished up a job on my new home and has once again done a fine job making sure the units were charged up and running properly and efficiently. I always recommend this company and its folks for new construction and regular service needs as they are knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Thank you again Chris and staff.

We just had Frank come and fix our AC. Frank is usually the one that always comes to help us. He is amazing! He is professional, personable and fast with the service every time. He is always punctual and gets the job done quickly. We appreciate having him as an employee for Servair. We are always happy when he’s finished. I give Servair and Frank 5 stars!!
