Servicing Stop

Took my car for service and engine flush three weeks ago full service they claimed to use proper dealership parts Guess what two days after a service car starts to smoke. A week later turbo gone Got to dealers and they said engine wasn’t flushed and oil is still very dark so they don’t think it was change filter is sub standard one and worse part is they don’t have customer service for you to even ring and speak to them about it. Now I have a 3grand work in front of me for using their services it’s unreal. I am so livid

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service. The technician arrived without any prior communication or instructions, leaving me unsure if he was the right person. I emailed customer service, but it took four hours for a reply, and they never provided an official contact number for the technician. When I handed over my car, everything seemed fine, but upon receiving it back, I found that the shield had been removed and placed in the boot. Additionally, 17 clips were missing. The technician told me it wasn’t necessary to replace them and suggested I throw them away. When I mentioned that I could buy the clips for £20 from Amazon or pay £25-£30 at a local garage, which would have cost around £50 to fix, he didn’t seem concerned. I had to go to another garage to pay for the repairs myself, but by that time, the technician was already gone. I also received a quote for £1080 for additional work, which I declined, only to be charged an extra £29 for oil. I paid the full service fee, and despite being promised a £25 discount if I paid immediately, it was never applied. To make matters worse, I haven’t received a response from customer service in over a week. The lack of communication, unprofessional service, and hidden charges have left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this service to anyone I sent email but did,t answered

Really happy with the quality of service on my mx5. Quick and efficient. Very welcoming and friendly, professional, easy to contact person on the phone. Right oil for my car. Open honesty. Transparency over pricing. Overall cheapest around, professional, and great to have the whole lot done so quickly for me whilst I get on with my day and get the car delivered back to me later hassle free.

I have been completely informed at all times what is happening. Had a call night before to confirm the time of pick up, the person picking my car up was very polite and turned up exactly on time. The staff whom I spoke to regarding my mot and service was polite and very friendly. I will definitely be using them again and thoroughly recommend them.

Even 1 star ıs too much for you. A year ago, they gave me an fault that was not included in the records, extra oil costs, vehicle parts replacement, a total of 930 pounds (1/10 of the market value of the vehicle), I wanted to trust it and had it done. Then I get my vehicle. Nothing was given or mentioned, including the parts replacements, service operations, invoices, parts warranties (it was said that they were under warranty). They even entered the vehicle service booklet into the vehicle warranty book. I have never seen such amateur work. They deleted the dash cam records of my vehicle and returned them inactive. I got suspicious and when I looked, they had hit and scraped all ten bumpers of my vehicle. Some of the bumper tabs are broken. All ten slats were broken. I didn't expect this much. I haven't gotten to the dirtiness of the vehicle yet. I've been cleaning the car for 2 days. There's oil and dirt everywhere. I'm also adding pictures. It was a good lesson for me, I will definitely not go to such services again, except for the authorized service. I'm just narrating what I experienced. The decision is yours. I wrote a complaint but they don't care. No any customer support. They denied everthing. This is entirely a partnership and self-interest exercise. Don't get crushed like me. Do you know what the outcome was when I contacted servicing stop customer service to seek my rights? All of these events were described as 'He said, she said scenario'. In other words, you receive the answer as a SCENARIO to all the events you experience.

Servicing stop were very efficient, friendly and explained everything to me over the phone so well. They also offered a payment plan to me to make sure I could afford to keep my car safe. So grateful for Indy and the rest of the team!

The service is very easy to book online and get an service appointment at the earliest gave me confidence about the company to proceed. 1. We get good followup calls and mails. 2. The car is picked up in exact time. 3. The car report is shared by instantly. Here the problem starts.. The car service and report is explained over the phone and nothing is shared over the mail for cross check. We have to instantly give our decision for which I approved for “just service” which was quoted to me at £580+. Upon thinking and cross checking with my previous garage mechanic he advises me to not proceed as he said he will give me everything in £350. Now the major problem is when you approve after that you are never heard or no one is calling you back for anything. I tried more than 10-15 times to call both the company and the garage to not proceed but no one answered and the company auto teller keeps telling us that the advisor is busy hold the line and nothing happens. So to be honest I have the mistake of taking this service to which my car problems remains the same and I paid a hell lot more for service.(200 pounds just if I would have taken more time to confirm). If you are following traditional garage method to service and get ur car repaired please follow it and save your hard earned money by trusting our own local mechanics. Attached are the proofs of the calls I have made and the charges which have been taken for service. Also just an extra information: I have been an ex-employee of FORD.

Fantastic service from all involved. So easy and hassle free, Dom was so thorough with explaining the issues and providing the best solutions. All in line with what I had in mind. Thanks Dom you were great. Would 100% use again, especially as you don’t necessarily have to pay the whole service fee up front, there are options for payment in instalments over a 6 month period without any interest! Would recommend to everyone. More cost effective than other garages too.
