I would not recommend this company to anyone. I contacted them to treat mold and replace the damaged drywall in my garage. I scheduled an estimate and explained what I wanted done. They dragged their feet getting the job done and even requested full payment prior to completing the job.

When they claimed to have complete the job, my wall and ceiling was missing drywall. That is when I was told that I would have to pay an additional fee to have the drywall replaced. I spoke to the owner and he kept saying he would speak to the rep to determine what happened. However, nothing was ever done. I cannot help but to believe everything should have been revealed up front and the practices used by this company are nothing short of unethical. I would NOT recommend using this company!

Many thanks to ServePro of Stone Oak! My downstairs flooded due to a crack in my reverse osmosis system. Ritt Conner was very responsive and started the mitigation process immediately. The lion's share of the job was taken on by Sebastian Castillo and his excellent team. Sebastian was professional, communicated well through all the work and helped me understand the process. His team was great too and they worked well together. Even though it's been a tough and disrupting event, Sebastian and his team have made the mitigation process as easy as possible. I had a very positive experience with Servpro! I had a dishwasher leak that resulted in needing to replace all the flooring downstairs in my home and rebuild my kitchen island. I hired Servpro to handle the mitigation and the build back. Paul, with mitigation, came out right away and took care of the removal of the damaged island and floor. Once that was complete, Mike Esquivel, with the build back team came in and got to work arranging everything. Mike did such a great job communicating with me about the time lines and what to expect. If you have a leak, Servpro will get you taken care of!

I had an old copper pipe burst in my slab and ServPro was recommended by my handyman. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled the mitigation. I had a house full of guests and they managed the water damage and demo in a way that minimized the impact to us. They listened and didn’t force anything I didn’t want or was confused about. After having a portion of my ceiling come down at 3 am in the morning as a result of an unconnected AC pipe the team from Servepro service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. After assessing that there was no significant water damage they offered to cut out the sections of the drywall that was wet and then covered the area to help to keep the ac in until I could have contractors come to repair and paint. They were exceptionally honest as they knew this was covered by insurance so could have done full water mitigation with fans and dehumidifiers but did not saving me and the insurance company money. I posted about their great service on my Facebook page as I kept my family and friends apprised of my ceiling collapse dilemma and was pleased to see several of my friends in the area had used them too all with a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
