Edit NEW: changing five star to one star. Absolutely disgusting how they rob us as fee goes down but they jack up the cost of the video feed. It is now $120 per month from previous $80 per month (and it started from $20 per month in previous years). This is a DISGUSTING GREEDY MOVE. My child is now in Beta group as of October 2024. Consistent issues I have noticed are: parent instructions not followed and most importantly Educators chatting to themselves majority of the time rather than connecting with the children. Some educators are super loving and caring otherwise it would have been 3 stars. On the Webcam, I see majority of the time my kid entertaining themselves. Educators also play music too loud for young ears. Also diaper changes are infrequent and inconsistent and my child is in extreme discomfort from the rashes. I'm tired of constantly alerting the director and educators regarding this very serious issue.

My child started at the alpha group in May 2024. We have had a fantastic experience so far and we are extremely pleased with the care that our baby receives. A huge plus point for an anxious parent like myself is the webcam access where I can watch my little one's progress and interactions. The current regular alpha teachers Miss Foster, Miss Sun and Miss Jasmine are incredible. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for their care. Site director, Liliana, is also extremely loving and interactive with the kids. A loving and caring exchange for my child is extremely important to me & these women are literal superheroes. They have put my mind at ease. The center gives out daily reports of your child's eating, sleeping, learning activities and toilet routines so I can keep track of progress. The app also allows a convenient chat function so you can directly interact with the teachers about your child's needs. Excellent work! Thank you!!!!!

Amazing, approachable, caring class teachers. My toddler joined preschool Gamma1 & had severe separation anxiety. But Ms. Harsiman & Ms. Sukh ensured my little one feels comfortable and eases into the environment. This love & care for me is very important then to just let the child cry themself out. Now that my kiddo is transitioned to Casa, Ms. Navkiran & Ms. Ragvinder Kaur ensured my little ones transition goes smooth. They make educational programs engaging & tailored as per where each kid is at. You all are phenomenal, your open communication, daily reports, updates about kids progress speak volume. I’m very thankful to all teachers I mentioned above as well as Ms. Rodriguez & Ms. Tupinder. I cannot express how grateful I am to you all for creating an environment that my child looks forward too & feels valued.
Facility is clean and most importantly spacious unlike many other daycares. The reception staff as well as site director Miss Lilliana are helpful. Having webcam access is icing on the cake.
For me only negative has been the one incident that occurred when one of the Gamma2 teacher was temporarily looking after the kids. Temporary or permanent being a daycare teacher it is a basic responsibility to look after a kid and ensure they are all good. I understand Mistakes happen but most important is acceptance instead of putting it behind a reason. Only for this giving a 4.

Except this, from my overall experience I am hopeful that someday soon I would be able to change this to a 5 star.

My son started in CASA and as a mom,I have been so cautious and stressed on how to leave them on their own,so many questions in my mind like if I made the right decision on the school, on how teachers handle conflicts on these little angels and develop their manners and independence,how will I know if he's being taken care of, how much they feed them or if they are adopting. Thank God to the camera access it put my mind to ease. I have seen how caring the teachers and staff are especially Ms. Ragvinder Ms. Navkiran and Ms. Tupinder. My son who always hesitates to come to school is now excited to see his friends and teachers. At night he would sing the alphabet song, the planets in solar system and even Canada's national anthem in English and French! Every morning when we arrive,my son is welcomed with a smile and hugs from teachers and his classmates. These kind of traits is now being practiced at home because of you guys. He helps me in some chores and puts his plates in sink when he is finished eating. So many good manners and observation I could mention and i forgot to mention that he is just 3 years old. And special mention to Ms.Amoon who have left the facility but imparted a great impact on my son. Eventhough she has left,my son would still mention her name at some point and tell me he misses her. That's the imprint that these teachers leave with them and I'm grateful everyday to them. Loving and caring environment in classroom created by the wonderful teachers and I would like to thank again Ms. Ragvinder, Ms. Navkiran and Ms.Tupinder for your efforts and patients in teaching and looking after them. Ms. Costa and other admin staff is great too,always welcoming and ready to help with concerns. The facility is always spotless and well equipped. Me and my husband is planning on keeping him there as long as we could. Keep up the good work guys.

My daughter has been attending Simply Smart Century branch location since Jan 2023. She joined Beta class, moved to Gamma and now she is in CASA class. Over the years we have seen our daughter growing with great enthusiasm and passion towards learning and being kind, all her teachers were/are amazing, they take exceptional care of her. Special thanks to Ms. Gurmeet (Beta class), Ms. Padaki and Ms. Amandeep (Gamma class) and her current class teachers Ms. Ragvinder Kaur, Ms. Navkiran and Ms. Tupinder. We know you go above and beyond every single day! You make learning fun. Thank you for nurturing our child's curiosity and love for learning.
You are more than just a teacher for our child; you are a mentor and a role model. Thank you for all that you do.

Simply smart daycare has been a wonderful experience for my family and I. I was real nervous about enrolling our son. As a parent it’s hard to leave your child in the hands of others. Ms. Chen the site director reassured me that I was making a good decision and she was right. Her and the staff have been great. My son is doing well and it’s nice to see him around kids his age. He does have a hard time with the drop off separation but the teachers do a great job of helping him through that. In the past 2 months that he has been enrolled he’s already learned so much. Like table manners, counting, singing songs and more. So if you are looking for the right daycare for your child, I’d highly recommend simply smart.
