Sylvie est très douce, aux petits soins et très arrangeante en terme d’organisation. C’était une première expérience genial. Les petits ont adorés faire des châteaux de neige etc et nous, nous avons pu skier toute la journée sans aucun problème. Merci encore.

Sylvie is fantastic! She was brilliant with my 2 year old and 4 month old. Super responsible and thoughtful, but also so fun and won round the toddler with ease! She brought lots of fun toys to the chalet (very helpful when you can’t fly with many kids toys/provisions), as well as a safe & comfy pillow for my baby - game changer and so appreciated. She shared lots of helpful local information which helped our entire family of all ages. Would highly recommend Sylvie — a true 5/5 nanny experience!

Sylvie was absolutely incredible! I was very nervous leaving my 10 month baby girl for the first time but we had a FaceTime call from London a few weeks before our trip and stayed in contact until the weekend when we arrived in Les Menuires. Sylvie brought a bag filled with toys and immediately went to my daughter first to say hello and comfort her which made me feel so much better. Sylvie shows so much love and compassion, and was absolutely amazing! She constantly sent me updates and pictures while we were skiing so I felt connected at all times. I can’t wait to come back for our next holiday and to see Sylvie.

We were nervous about leaving our 1 year old as she has only recently started Nursery part time, so we knew she was a little unhappy being without us. However, Sylvie instantly introduced herself to our daughter with smiles and toys and she settled down as the week went on. This carried on to the point that when we met for a feed later in the week our daughter had her feed and walked off to play with Sylvie!
Sylvie was very accommodating, meeting us at an agreed location to do a breast feed close to the slopes and keeping us up-to-date on the fun they were having when our daughter wasn't asleep.
Sylvie knows the area inside out and seemingly all the locals too, including the staff in our chalet. She listened to our dietary requests and genuinely cared about the responsibility bestowed upon her.
We would highly recommend her services.

We had a lovely lady called Sylvie look after our 2yr and 3yr old for a week. I had low expectations as my kids can play up at the best of times (foreign country, mum and dad skiing all day). She was so calm and lovely to be around. Our kids were immediately drawn to her engaging and enthusiastic childcare. There was never a dull moment for the kids. I would definitely recommend her, she’s the best nanny we’ve ever had. Thank you!

Sylvie looked after two babies in our group (aged 8-10 months) for a week. This was the first time we left them with anyone and she made feel so comfortable leaving the girls. She was excellent with them - they were always so happy to see her each day and she always kept us updated with how much they slept, ate, etc, and sent us photos during the day. Sylvie brought so many toys for them, double buggy, high chair, and anything else they needed. She was also really flexible. We trusted Sylvie so much (and the girls were so happy with her) that we will likely be planning more ski trips to the area because we know she is there!

We can only say a big thank you to Sylvie! She looked after my daughter (8months) and a friend’s daughter (9 months) simultaneously for a week in March. It was the first time I’d left my daughter for longer than 4 hours and given she is still breastfed and refuses a bottle, I was rather nervous. But there was no need, Sylvie was incredible! She was so nurturing with the girls who were so excited to see her each morning and she kept us informed throughout the day about sleep, meals and what they were up to which eased our minds whilst on the slopes. One massive benefit is how flexible Sylvie was with timings; we would organise the following day’s schedule only the day before and she was flexible with exact return time. She also made herself available for evening babysitting which then allowed us the occasional child free dinner. An amazing experience, I would recommend Sylvie to any parent in a heartbeat!
