I went here in 2020. And The girls on the team were very mean and unwelcoming. I will never come back again. If you want a welcoming, friendly club. Do not go here.

SERV could be a better club if they were more organized and communicated better. From disorganized uniform issue to fundraising, there seemed to be a lack of accounting. Examples- girls got wrong sizes or sizes were not available after orders specific to each girl were placed. Took weeks to figure it out. Also, fundraising checks were not cashed for months after collected and submitted to the club.

Communication between the club, coaches and team parents was challenged and often times information never materialized. Example was a late season change in practice days and times. Parents protested to the change to the coach as many had already arranged schedules, rides, and child care around the schedule. The coach said he informed club and was told that it was a club decision but the club secretary would push out updated info. That never happened and parents were left to re-arrange their schedules without the club pushing any information.

Multiple parents talked to coach about an unsportsmanlike conduct issue (a player yelled at coach and quit team in middle of a tournament-was not the first issue of this kind) and asked the coach to get the club involved. By the time the club offered to meet with the parents, the situation was spun as parents who were angry about their child’s playing time. Earlier in the season, there was a safe sport issue that was raised to club’s attention and the player left the team. This safe sport incident was referred to as "drama" when the director met with the parents about the unsportsmanlike conduct issue. The director began the meeting saying that she thought the drama with this team was over after the other incident. The discontent was not just a small number of individuals but at least 6 families took issue with the situation.

Seemingly, the club focuses on "select" teams. Impact teams keep the club resourced. I would only recommend this club if I knew that changes were made in the organization and communication within club operations. The result of the last season for our Impact Team saw most starting players and the majority of the team in general leave the club for other clubs because of the experience. After experiencing other clubs' camps, clinics, and tryouts this summer, I can firmly say that there are better clubs. Be aware that the Kelly and Melissa are co-founders of this club and still paid by the club. Their 5-Star ratings are included in the reviews even though this is a conflict of issue as per Google policy.

Excellent club team sport. As with any AAU, this is pricey! Most of the coaches are fantastic, and there are several teams.

I have been going to SERV for 9 years now. My oldest daughter was given help in getting recruited to colleges and was offered a position on the collegiate level team.

My granddaughter is playing travel volleyball there and she really loves it there. The only thing is I wish I could see her practice but with the Cora virus I can't but as long as she is happy that is all that matters. Thank you
