My 2 year old daughter goes here, I’m so grateful to have found St Alphonsus Daycare. It’s like a home away from home for the kids. The staff are amazing, positive and really care. The environment is cosy and spacious with various areas for eating, learning, playing, gym, etc. They do tons of activities with the kids, arts and crafts, singing and dancing etc. My daughter has progressed tremendously since starting in September. I couldn’t speak more highly of this place if you’re looking for a daycare look no further, your children will be safe and happy!

I was hesitant in putting my son in any daycare. I wanted to have my eyes on him all the time when needed. But after speaking with Sister Edna and the staff about my concerns. They made me feel comfortable to know my son is in good hands; as to when we pick him up they let us know anything we’d like to know. (And my son was very loving towards his teaches so it showed.) They take care of the children very well; with breaks, homemade food, playtime, variety of toys and play areas (including a park), naps, education and safety.

My son attended here for over a year starting from age 2 and my husband and I are very happy with our experience.

Forever grateful!
Our boy has been in the daycare for about a year and half and he has a speech delay.
The staff was looking after him as he is their own Ins-pit of all the challenges.
I have a hope in humanity after I saw the amount of love and care the staff pour out on my son and his peers.
I would say this is not there job it is there calling .
Also the management is amazing!!!!
Cuz what we hear out there about daycares is very scary.
As a mother I never worry after I dropped him knowing that he is in a good hands.

That’s the best feeling I will cherish forever!

If anyone looking for the best daycare this is the right place.
If you think you need extra help like I do with my son if your child is nonverbal or he needs extra help don’t go anywhere this is the right please for your child.
On his last day I live the place with tears it was so hard even to say goodbye.

My toddler loves her daycare and her teachers very much! St. Alphonsus daycare is her second family for real. She always want to stay longer at daycare and does not want to go home. She came to daycare when she was 17 months old and learned to walk & run right after she started. My toddler needs extra hearing support and daycare staffs went above and beyond to help her communication & social-emotional skills. I can see impressive improvement on her speech & language through every single day! She also loves daycare’s food a lot! Food is cooked fresh daily on-site and always more than enough for children if they ask for more. Daycare has variety nutritious meal plans that suit my toddler’s allergy restrictions. Plus, this is the most affordable daycare on St. Clair West. Staffs are very experienced, friendly and fully engaged when working as a team! Cant wait to send her younger sibling to daycare next year! ?

My child went to St. Alphonsus and they have a blend of a daycare program+full-day kindergarten available which was AWESOME because it was school & before+after care all rolled up into one. I was able to have my child in care while I was at work. So many friends were made with staff AND students. The space is bright and colourful. Tons of fun activities are planned. Lots of indoor & outdoor play. There is a meal plan so I never had to worry about packing snacks or lunches. 5 stars, without a doubt!

We had such a great experience and memories with St. Alphonsus daycare. My child had attended this daycare more than 3 years. He absolutely loved and enjoyed all the activities and foods. All the staff and teachers are very thoughtful and trustworthy. I had no worries at all while he was in their care. It is very regretful that we had to leave this daycare due to school matter. Otherwise, we would stay with them forever. Thank you everybody from St. Alphonsus daycare. We love you all and will miss you all!!

Great daycare, my daughter has been going here for 7 years and loves every time she is here. She enjoyed all the activities and once started school she is part of the before and after program. She still enjoys her time here, loves her teachers and Sisters. Lots of great experiences

I'm so in love with the place. My eldest just started kindergarten after 2 years with Sr. Edna, Sr. Mila, Kristin and the team. The only time he cried was when I picked him up because he loved it there so much. He made great friends that he's continued to Holy Rosary with and was just so loved by all the staff. My youngest joined the preschool room this summer and despite being a little more mom-attached he took to his new daycare like a dream. This morning he told me Sr. Edna is his best friend (hence the inspiration for this review).
I will admit I was hesitant about putting the boys in the care of nuns, given we're not really active in religion. But they are the nicest, sweetest, most loving women. Tita, in the kitchen, prepares the most delicious Italian-style home cooked meals and greets the kids with such love and enthusiasm that they can't help but be excited about the day ahead. I can't say enough good things about this daycare. I just wanted my boys to be with people that would love and care for them. This is the place! Plus it's really affordable, so that's a perk.
