I've been trying to get my moms case transfered for weeks now. Nothing is working correctly. They keep writing down wrong information I'm being told the wrong stuff. It's just flat out sad. My mom is going to have no insurance

Not As Bad as I thought it Would Be, Needs lots Of Improvements.., But People Should be Treated as Individuals,! NOT a just as number on A peace Of Paper, For the Most part Everyone has been Very Helpful , but Slow.. Some Worker’s on The Other Hand Should Look For other types of Work that Require Attitudes and judging a person without even Knowing anything About them... as for those DSS workers that are there Just for The $$ Go Back To School and find another profession because in this field you have to know more than what you only learned in your ? Books.. It’s A Darn Shame !!

I Gotta say thought the directions may be clear. This is the worst photo description I've ever seen. All it is is a picture of a window. At least. Take a full picture of the building thats more obvious. Irate it 2 stars for the lack of description in the photo. Poor job.

They sit around, drink their coffees and treat people like crap. My word for people like that is...IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, THEN GET A JOB THAT YOU ACTUALLY LIKE. Not all people who go there are drug addicts. There are people who are pregnant, or just down on their luck who have never done a drug a day in their life but they get treated like crap and the worst part is...it almost seems like the workers get a kick out of making people have mental breakdowns. I honestly hate this place and i always will.
