Might as well not be in existence & they don't care about children welfare at all. They done misplaced more children in places to be abused & exploited from their incompetence than irresponsible parents. They just care about the check instead of the children. Had family meeting that was a facade, they let mother talk long as she pleased, but when came to my time to speak for the kids,supervisor kept interrupting. Very biased. Was only man there in meeting,no surprise. . I am glad to be in my nephew and his sister,my Goddaughter life for as long as it can last. I pray that their mother find the right mate that could be a decent father figure for kids sake. Very sloppy with their weak investigation then they flip on them.

I don't appreciate the bad help that cps did to take my kids away yet still fighting to get them back every case worker I had have been lieing so they can get to the top.

I have to say that my experience here has always been great. I took care of a baby for several months before she was placed with family of her parents but I am still able to visit this child on a weekly basis. They try to reunite these family's in every way possible. Keep up the good work .

My son was wrongfully taken from me when he was 5 years old and given to his Dad. Even after i told your office not to put him with his Dad. Your office told me that he either went to his Dad or go to a foster home. His Dad abused him physically and mentally. Until he graduated high school and moved out with me. I didnt deserve what happened to me by your office. I didnt smoke ,drink,or do drugs. I went to work fulltime and school part time. Never abused or neglected my child in any way shape or form but you still gave him to his Dad. I even had to go to parenting classes and anger management just because i hit my ex husband in the face in your office. And it was self defense. I was put on probation because of that as well. My son is 26 years old now. And will never forget what happened to him because of your office. Way to go. Thank you for ruining our lives.

Para mi es algo muy bueno lo que hacen el ver y velar por el cuidado infantil y familiar en este mundo es algo indispensable en la vida de todos y mas sabiendo como esta el mundo en la actualidad y no solo por el covid .asi que señores,as vijilantes del futuro y la inocencia del mundo les agredesco por su esfuerzo dedicacion y trabajo gracias y animo que si se puede cambiar al mundo para hacer las cosas bien y lo digo yo que he intentado el cambio y ustedes lo logron en mi gracias que dios los bendiga.

I have never seen people that will snatch kids from their own family to put them some where to only end up abused or worse dead. Damn some parents regardless of what they have done wouldn't kill their own. Don't get me wrong I know some so called parents do be that cold hearted. But speaking on the ones that would never do ANYTHING to hurt their kids. And they play 2 sides to the middle and actually want families to turn their backs on their own. How stupid can yall be that would only make a person feel alone and when that happens that sends them into a depression and back in the streets. How is this helping its really adding to the problems. Its more kids have ended up dead in foster care than anything. Honestly majority of you work there don't care but the ones that do quit because they know the real.

I want to review Adult Protective Services. Hospital staff contacted them for me. APS listened to my concerns about my parents for at least 30 minutes or more in January when my father was in the hospital. I needed help with my mother For my father's sake. I explained many situations in great detail that were the problems and why I needed help. APS promised me they would help. Finally in June when they had done Nothing to help, my mother pushed my father onto the floor. APS was aware of every incident since January and were never helpful. I finally got a policeman to the house who understood my delimma and found a way to help with her.
No thanks to APS!

This department is a JOKE!! They interrogate families that are not in need of their services yet won't investigate claims made with sincere concern. The office of consumer relations or offices of ombudsmen should investigate the entire Tarrant county DFPS. It is impossible to reach the higher ups at the Ben ave location and can't even leave a message because proper voicemails aren't set up. I pray the families affected by these people take the necessary actions to PROTECT themselves and their rights!!
