I've worked with Sean two separate times over the course of three years, and I would recommend his services to absolutely anyone based on how much he's helped me.

Sean cares deeply about his profession and his patients. He's extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and he always had the latest research available. This extended outside of our sessions, where he was able to point me to several extremely helpful resources to explore on my own.

During sessions, Sean really listened and provided constructive guidance, which helped us make the most of our time together. Our sessions felt like they fit what I needed each time, and I never once felt as if Sean was taking a passive role. I felt his process of helping me understand my feelings was directly tied to his ability to actively listen to me. He was great at providing the right direction for our conversations in the moment, no matter what path they took.

I'm lucky to have found him for my treatment, and he's helped me immensely. Again, I would recommend him to anyone and everyone seeking therapy.
