I opened a P.O. Box at this UPS Store, and it has been a nightmare. From the start, they didn’t have a key for the box but promised they would get one. Over the past two months, I’ve gone back multiple times, and they still don’t have a key. Each time, they claim they will “look into it” or “get one soon,” but nothing happens.

When I asked to speak with the owner, they were very guarded and refused to let me talk to them. I even requested that they call the owner while I was there, but they would only take a message to “relay later.” The lack of accountability is frustrating, to say the least.

On top of that, the girls working the front counter are consistently rude and lack basic customer service skills. They act like you’re inconveniencing them just by being there. This is clearly a result of poor management. Whoever is in charge of the store’s daily operations is not doing their job, and it shows.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your mailing needs. This place is a mess.

Terrible customer service. I had a package with a label already on it ( not an Amazon QR code) and the young female employee sent me over to wait in line for the Amazon returns. I said " it has a shipping label " .. and of course it didn't scan after I was waiting for the other people in line.. Then she disappeared in the back while I just needed to send this simple, small package. She literally just scanned it and gave me a receipt.
Which she could have done from the beginning, instead of being lazy and wasting my time.

Recommendations: if a customer comes up to you, help them courteously, don't just brush them off to the qr code line, especially if it's something that can be done at the counter.
Hire and teach, better customer service skills.. be empathetic...

I've shipped items from this store multiple times and always had a good experience. Never too long of a wait and always friendly staff. I went in once because I needed to print something (and finding a place to print something in Dripping Springs is complicated). The staff member was quick to help and got it done even though I think you normally have to drop stuff off and pick up later. I needed it pretty quick and he accommodated for my urgent timeline. It was a one time thing, but his willingness to help me out made me a fan. Super kind... thank you!!

12/9/2024. 3:30pm. Went into this drop off location and there was a line to the door. Multiple customers were complaining and I was giving the employees the benefit of the doubt, but by the time I left I realized why. A female employee then starts skipping the people who have been waiting. After 30 minutes I get to the desk and the lady tells me to use the kiosk(I always go to the desk, its never been an issue before) I turn around and there's a line to the door for the kiosk. . . To the side is a young female employee who was pretty rude but eventually I got my return label and left. The whole time I was thinking man they're busy, give em a break. . . No, they just aren't good at their job here.

This store is amazing! The people are so friendly and helpful. I showed up without items to make my return and they helped me get it done regardless. Five stars, awesome crew!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Beyond impatient, unhelpful, unwilling to do the bare minimum & INCREDIBLY rude. If you hate your job so much, find another job instead of making customers feel worse for even stepping inside the building to send a simple package.

There is a dark haired girl that works at this location - not sure if her name is Gracie or that was the other girl but she is extremely rude, unhelpful and makes my trips here absolutely unenjoyable. That girl needs a serious attitude adjustment.

I have never had a bad experience coming to this UPS Store, and I come often. I'm so grateful we have one so close in Dripping Springs proper. When I made the mistake of not reading instructions correctly, the man helped me fix it without making me feel like an idiot. More work for him, for sure. I've been to other UPS stores in Austin and they make you fix it on your own or buy packaging tape from their store when it's not taped well enough. They've never made me do those things at this UPS Store location. I believe these are franchises and I appreciate it being run like a small town, small business. Thanks, y'all.
