So I was checking out my groceries in the self check out counter, and I intended not to push the rating after my transaction has ended since no body helped me. So we get like 2-3 seconds time to rate the transaction either how many stars we want. So this east indian fella came to me and TOLD me: “ma’am press hit 5 stars!”, I looked him straight to his eye not saying any word until it got timed out.
That is totally nasty! I am not racist and all but don’t ever tell me how I rate you. It’s customer satisfaction survey and it’s for me to decide whether if I give you my 5 stars or not! Oh well I notice all of them doing it anyway when the customer leaves the self check out station, the self check out employees press it by their own! So there! Now if this branch says 5 stars! I bet you its the self check out employees that does it!! Rant done! Happy weekend!

For a big box store chain that it's easy for the small things to fall through the cracks I've rarely had a bad experience while shopping here. Returns are easy, can find most things relatively easy, they stock most generic things for a mid price point. Only complaints would be is it's hard to find an employee when you need assistance and things can be hard to find a price on.

If you consistently run out of something prematurely STOCK MORE OF IT !!!!!Four weeks in a row they are out cookies and cream protein bars but have only one row! meanwhile they have three rows of birthday cake , and it’s full. Adjust your inventory for what is actually selling !

You had a sale on frozen swanson chicken pies. I can see why you had them on at 5 for 9.00. Was not impressed at all. Took a pie to bake and it had hardly had any carrots and NO PEAS at all. This is false advertising for the product. I purchased 10 of them and I sure hope the rest of them are not the same. BEWARE TO THE PUBLIC especially to Walmart .

Awesome customer service. I placed an online order and there were a couple of items missing. I contacted the manager for online orders and explained the problem and a description of the missing items. Within a half hour the missing items were delivered to my home. Thank you for the super helpful and quick response.

Rude, bad attitude staffs who are working at the pick up area. Whenever I went to pick up the orders they will never come out letting us to wait for so long and they will never help to put the groceries in the vehicle. One time I went to pick the orders and the guy did not put the groceries in the car he just came and went back inside. After that I went to drop the order but they have given the wrong address and I had to come back all way back from the customer’s home. When I reach back at the store they kept me waiting for so long. I think they don’t know what’s their job.

They're fine. Only writing this to warn people to never take them up on their protection plans for products. The insurance company they partner with has terrible business practices, even for an insurance company. Don't waste your money.
