What can I say about Way to Grow daycare. My family has been with this centre for nearly 5 years now, I have always had a pleasant experience, any questions or concerns are always followed up with in a timely manner, (I go straight to the site supervisor or Admin staff when I have any questions or concerns immediately, and they have always been followed up with) I have always been shown respect from the childcare and administration staff, and most importantly my children have been loved through and through. My eldest daughter has been in every group from infant to school aged and with her high needs she has always been accommodated and cared for. When I was scrambling trying to find childcare for my infant when their room was closed they accommodated me so as quickly as they could in another centre run by way to grow staff where some staff were already familiar with our family and it was truly a blessing. I have nothing but good things to say. Outside of this they have always been accommodating with my needs as well as the needs of my children individually rather big or small adjustments. I and my children are always met with smiling faces and even at the end of the day when they are all worn out from chasing all those Littles I still receive the same experience. Everyone is easy to talk to, and some long term staff have really grown apart of us and our daily routine and look forward to seeing their faces each day.

We have had a wonderful experience at the Way to Grow daycare St. Catharines this summer. My daughter is a little shy but loves this daycare because the staff have been so caring and compassionate towards her needs.

The worst daycare ever.very dirty and they don’t watch kids. It takes them weeks to answer emails they answer calls. There’s always new surprises from this daycare plus they over charged and when asked them why they say it’s their policy they changed all parents for statutory holidays even when there’s no daycare.
Just saw a baby crying and the were chatting with each others and ignoring kids, when they saw other parents saying that baby is crying, one of the teachers told the other one to pick up the baby and in response they said I don’t like to pick that black baby up . I’m sorry what literally parents don’t know what happening to their kids mostly poor babies. Sad and the other day I saw a boy around 3 or 4 years of age outside on the side walk by himself, not safe place teacher aren’t trained/ they don’t care about kids safety. Plus my son got two tick bites there I was not notified, how sad that they don’t care about kids health and safety.

Way to Grow is a perfect place for your kids. I am so glad that I went to the daycare myself to check things out. The teachers and staff are friendly and amazing. Seeing our kids excited and happy to go to daycare gives us comfort and confidence that they are in great hands.

My kids love going to this daycare. Have been very accommodating with my schedule always willing to work with me and my kids. The staff is great, friendly. My kids look forward to PA days and summer vacations to just go to daycare

If I could give this place zero stars I could. Severe lack of supervision. Parents aren't introduced to caregivers so you know anyone's name. Parents aren't called when the child is injured.

We had an incident with the lack of supervision almost resulting in my child being hit by a car because the kids were allowed to play in the parking lot.

Staff is not friendly and there is a lack of warmth with the kids. This place should be shut down.
