We contacted Wirral Small Pets Hotel to care for our 3 guinea pigs while we went on a short holiday, and we couldn't be happier with the care they received!

Dot & Phil were absolutely lovely, providing regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear our guinea pigs were well cared for and comfortable throughout their stay.

My two Guinea pigs went here for their holidays. Such a lovely lady, lots of communication. I received pictures of my guineas whilst I was away. My daughters loved this and such a great touch. Especially when you are missing them. I will be definitely sending the girls here again when we go on holiday. I was completely rested knowing they were being well looked after. I picked them up yesterday and they are back home now as if they didn’t leave, squeaking at the fridge when it opens and lying flat out.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Dot and Phil. They are God sent to me for looking after my lovely baby Chico. It put my mind at peace, knowing that my baby bunny is in good hands. The lovely updates and photos made me smile even and I’m far away from my baby. I will strongly recommend their place and the attention to detail for looking after Chico is more than 5 stars!
We cannot thank you enough for give love and attention to our Chico while we’re away.

Second time visit for one of my buns with Dot and Phil at Wirral Small Pets Hotel. They boarded my two bunnies and hamster for a weekend. They are such kind people who send updates and pictures via WhatsApp. 100% recommend and my fur babies will be returning in the future I'm sure!

My 2 rabbits stayed here over the festive period for a week. Dot & Phil were very accommodating as we had to ask for an extra day at short notice. Both bunnies were healthy and happy thanks for looking after them x

My 2 little buns can be fussy and I was scared leaving them with someone else. But having Phil & Dot look after them put my mind at ease, and my little floofs had a great mini break as well! For anyone else with littles I definitely recommend Phil & Dot!

They were flexible with the drop off/pick up times, and were happy to administer medications, and seemed to genuinely underatand the concerns of a bun mum (one of my buns is arthritic and theyre both a bit nervous). Getting updates on them allowed me to relax while I was away, I knew they were in good hands. It's nice to have found such a service near by, and will definitely use again in the future!

Absolutely brilliant service from Wirral Small Pet Hotel. Having moved up to the wirral from down south we have to do a lot of travelling to go back home and see friends and family and 4 hours in a car for rabbits is certainly not fun! We were a little bit worried about leaving our girls with strangers but Phil and Dot were amazing from start to finish keeping us up to date with photos showing how well they'd settled in (if only they were that well behaved for us!)

100% would definitely recommend them, very professional and friendly, not sure the rabbits wanted to come home!

My two feather babies had a lovely stay with Dot and Phil. They were so friendly and capable and I felt completely safe leaving my conure and cockatoo. I could tell from the updates and pictures that they were well cared for and enjoyed their little holiday. My conure is especially shy but even he seemed to be at total ease there. They were looking bright and happy when I picked them up and I’m so grateful to have found somewhere I can leave my birdies with no worries. Thank you Wirral Small Pets Hotel!
